I usually go here to get my eyebrows done but the old lady who did my eyebrows yesterday messed up big time. she left some stray hairs and its uneven. i said i want it thin and with shape. thank you for
messing up my eyebrows. I like the other ladies better.

I always go here no matter how far I live to get my eyebrows done. There is this one lady where she asks people how they want it done, shaped or not, and what we prefer. She also had great recommendations for my visit. She made my eyebrows look longer. I have really short thick eyebrows but she cleaned my eyebrows up to make it look longer. I will always be a returning customer. $ 10 for eyebrows. $ 2 – 4 tip always.

Despite being constantly disappointed with my eyebrow results each (6+) visit, I find myself still enduring the dreaded service. However, my last visit was the last straw. My eyebrows yet again came out too thin and uneven (even when I ask for a «clean up» or «natural look») that I have to spend another month or so growing them out to the reasonable state I had them before hand. If you’re interested at threading at this location, be cautious! It may be cost efficient, but the damage maintenance to be done afterwards may not be worth it. I’ll gladly pay my $ 20 to get my eyebrows waxed. Until then I have no choice, but to fill them in so that they look decent.

Saw the amazing Seema today after letting my brows grow out for a little over 2 weeks. Had to let them grow out a little longer because another girl messed them up, but I didn’t get her name. Nothing to write a review about, just won’t be visiting her again. Anyway, thanks again to Seema! She gets the job done perfectly, no exaggeration.

This place has been great ⁴⁄₅ times I’ve been there so far. I forgot to get the names of everyone that’s done my brows but just recently have I asked.
PRIYA (spelling might be wrong) has been my favorite so far. She took her time and made sure my eyebrows were even and well cleaned up.
There was one worker a few weeks before this recent cleanup that completely rushed through my brows and left them uneven. It’s no excuse but I’m guessing because of the amount of people that were in line for that day (6 including myself) and her being the only one working caused her to speed her way through each person. Unfortunately didn’t get her name but I’ll remember to ask if I see her again.

Absolutely love this place! The ladies here really listen to how you want your eyebrows, and I always leave satisfied with the end result. This is seriously the only place I will ever trust with my eyebrows. I dont like them too thin, and they always listen to that and do a great job! I am now a usual here, and happy with the service they provide!

I’ve been going to this place for two years and I love every experience. These ladies definitely listen to how clean you want your brows to look. Normally I like to come in at least once every two months just to clean them up because I like to keep my brows thick. Fortunately, every time I come in, they listen to exactly how I want them done! So glad they transitioned to random text message offers about discounts and stuff so that’s also a good thing. Best threading spot in vallejo that’s for sure! :)

I have ALWAYS gotten my eyebrows waxed, until I started coming here! And now, I will never go back to waxing. I only go to Seema, (but I imagine everyone there is great too)! Seema is fantastic! Her skills & abilities are beyond words, but she is also the sweetest woman. I love going to her to get my brows done (in a matter of seconds too, may I add) and chatting with her kind soul. I look forward to my next visit every time I’m walking out the doors :) I really LOVE this place!!!

Best eyebrow place in Vallejo. I’ve been to a few places and they’ve all messed my eyebrows up, but this is definitely my go to place

Just moved to Vallejo & Have only been here once & I liked how quickly I was attended & how friendly the employee was! Totally coming here again

I was honestly apprehensive about going here due to the negative reviews and photos but after being unhappy with Eyebrow Threading Bar despite multiple tries, I decided to try this place before branching out of Vallejo. Even though I live closer to Eyebrow Threading Bar, I was sick and tired of the rough threading that literally has me seeing stars with only cut hairs not pulled from the root to show for it. I read on here that Rupi was gentle and is there on Tuesdays so I went.
Rupi was luckily there, although she says she’s normally not there on Tuesday. She was the only one there and the wait was long. There were four people ahead of me. However, I don’t mind waiting because despite the line, she did not rush with anyone. She was friendly, apologized to people for the wait, and asks how you want your brows done before she starts. She wasn’t too rough, cleaned the hairs off my face, explained what she did, asked if I was happy and wanted any changes done, and asked if I wanted astringent applied.
They also have an electronic «stamp card» system where you just give them your phone number, which is convenient over carrying physical cards. The eyebrows cost $ 10, which is more than what Eyebrow Threading Bar charges, but I’m happy to pay the difference if the quality is better. In addition, they also have specials such as 10% off Unilocal check-​ins or $ 2 off if you write a Unilocal review.
There is also a sign that Rupi pointed to at the register with her email address if you have any concerns. Glad I came here and will be seeing Rupi from now on. Plus, I can walk across the parking lot and get Menchie’s Yogurt afterwards :)

I was very pleased with my experience. Sharon was nice and friendly. When I walked in the place was pretty empty but that’s good for me. While I was in the chair, another lady came in complimenting the service.
I had my daughter with me and she was still very patient and I appreciate that. I had some redness around my eyebrows after that but I’ve never gotten them waxed or threaded without having redness.
I will definitely be going back

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am constantly disappointed in the service. No matter how specific my instructions are, these workers never do anything right and just give me the worst possible shape for my face. Now they are pencil thin and misshapen, and far from my original arch. I had been doing them myself for months while growing them out and now I have to start all over. I am highly disappointed and I am never going back again.

I go in with wild eyebrows and come out tamed. My eyebrows look great everytime. They ask you what you like so make sure you’re vocal about it so they don’t make it too thin.

I’m normally not one to complain about most things. I went in to get my brows cleaned up and a bit on the sides taken care of. I’m 9 months pregnant. I usually see Neelum but apparently she’s not working there anymore. I figured I’d give this new lady a chance. She does my brows so roughly. I swear I thought she was mad at me and was purposely trying to hurt me. I didn’t say anything because I understand sometimes it hurts. I received a free lower lip through Unilocal since she went over that area I figured I’d use it. I went to pay and showed her the Unilocal offer I received. The lady acted like she didn’t know anything about it and tried to get me to use it next time but it looked like there was a 4 hour timer going off. She again kept saying she didn’t know what it was. I told her to call her manager and figure it out. She finally calls and then she handed me the phone I explained to Rupi who I guess is the manager what I received through Unilocal.She told me it was for the lower lip area and not the chin which is what I was being charged for. On their price area no where does it show the lower lip area charge so i figured it was the same thing as chin area. After going back and forth about what it covered she said she would take the charge off for the chin area which I was pleased with. But when I went to pay… I was still charged. I talked to some friends and found a new place to take my business to. I was told multiple times to stop going there since Neelum left and they just started messing up my brows but I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Not doing that anymore.

There was only one time I didn’t like my eyebrows, and I’ve been there 12 times so I think it’s great they are just as good as the Benefit Brow Bar, in fact I get the same results for 11 dollars less. I never have to wait and very convenient.
