I’ve been here twice now and the customer service and price are fantastic. Jessie is very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. He was able to make high quality manuals with color and binding along with prints for me in a short amount of time. My family and I highly recommend. Digital Copy staff is nice and they do a good job! They even organized and boxed my order!

I found Digital Copy on Unilocal looking for a same day printer. I emailed my file at 9 am and had excellent quality postcards printed, cut and shrink wrapped by 3 pm. The print and paper quality are excellent and the price was very reasonable — especially for a same day turnaround! I will definitely use this company again.

What happened to jessy!!! Been doing business here for almost 7years for my home and business im totally appauled at the customer service given now a days this place used to be great just a phone call and everything was done perfect. cant say that as I will no longer be patronizing this establishment..

Came here on a Saturday to get my wedding announcements and invitations printed. They came out perfect and quick! The guy helping me even helped me with the formatting.
Wayyyyy cheaper than FedEx. The guys here are super nice. Location is conveniently on a corner off Sonoma, and its big, you can’t miss it. Will definitely come back for all my printing needs. They do everything! Good customer service and a fraction of the price compared to other places.

A real communication problem here. I called ahead to be sure there was a notary public available only to get there and be told two different stories. First: that he forgot his notary supplies. Second: that he wasn’t there because he didn’t have regular hours during the holidays. They said I should come back tomorrow. When I asked how I would know if he was in tomorrow, they said to call. But that’s what I did today, and that didn’t work. Judging from the excellent reviews here, I would imagine their other services are more reliable.

Came here to print something on my thumb drive. They have great and fast service and variety of printing options. I wanted mine to print on glossy card stock. No problem! The price is affordable too. Color printing 49 cents per page and card stock 20 cents per page. It was done within a minute. Within that one minute, I noticed that they were printing like a comic book — the quality was very nice. I can trust this place if i need to print anything.

I used digital copy to print my wedding invitations. They did a decent job for what I needed. The owner Jessy is very nice and accommodating, and when I had an issue regarding the way the invites were cut he offered suggestions to fix the problem. They were a reasonable price, especially with the Unilocal deal.

We’ve gone through Jessy at Digital Copy for some of our print needs, He provides quality printing and in a fast turnaround. Today I am excited to share that Digital Copy donated printing services for our Non Profit «Free Will» Organization, in which we provide Help & Hope for children in need. The print job was done fast, I love the convenient website that allows you to send in your document. It was very easy and they finished the job way sooner than I expected. The quality of the copies were great as well and it was only $.39/​color copy if you get 100+.
The place doesnt look great and they didn’t have the best costumer service, but they got the job done so I can’t complain.

DC Vallejo offered very good customer service and attention to detail.
I had binding documents with color, engineering plans and higher quality color 8.5X11 and all prints came out great.
They went the extra mile and organized and boxed the prints for me.
I would recommend them for their pricing and customer service.

A great place to go if you need high volume printing. I had a 1400+ page pdf I needed printed and bound and the owner was super helpful on the phone. I went in to drop off the file (it would have taken twice as long to try and upload on their website b/​c of the file size) and the same man who answered the phone was there and even printed out a the first few pages for me to see if I was ok with the quality. The job was done the same day which was pretty fast since I came in later in the afternoon.
Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

Its a nice place.
It’s convenient for those of us who reside on the «forgotten» side of the city but worth the drive if you live across town. It’s pretty much a hidden treasure so you’re not waiting in line for 20 minutes for a machine you’ll only be using for 20 seconds. Not that you’d actually have to USE the machines because the people working there always do it for you. I usually go there when I need to send a fax or two or when I’m too lazy to order ink cartridges and need to print an assignment, nothing major like pamphlets or wedding invites so they don’t really charge me. Even if they did, I’m sure it’d only be half of what Kinko’s would!

A good family business. I was able to e-​mail a simple document to them, get it printed out and then fax it all for $ 2.15!
It is way closer to downtown Vallejo so not only was it faster and less hassle and cheaper than Kinko’s but it was also a lot closer.
The place looks like it is more set up for larger print jobs but they did have all the same copiers that someone can just walk in and use. And on my trip in the daughter started helping and the dad said hello. Pretty nice.
