I recently was in need of quality carpet and upholstery cleaning.
When I contacted Jimmy I was looking for a quote and a fairly quick turn around for service. Although Jimmy was busy he found time to complete the services that were needed.
He was prompt, within a reasonable amount of his rough estimate and professional.
Jimmy took his time and did angreat job. There were a few places in our carpet that were very dirty, Jimmy took his time and went back over several places he thought needed the extra care as well as a few spots we identified.
We will invite Jimmy back again in the future and recommend that others uae him as well.

I really do not have the words to express how impressed I am with Bayside Carpet Cleaning. I called Jimmie and he came the same day to clean my horribly stained carpets. He even helped me with vacuum before he started! I left home and came back and I did not recognize my rooms. I had forgotten what color the carpet was initially. They looked brand new. ive been cleaning my own carpets with the machine from Safeway thinking i was doing a good job. clearly i was just shifting dirt around because it looked NOTHING like it does now!

We have found THE best carpet cleaning company ever! The owner’s name is Jimmy and he did the work. He was so nice and good at his job. He didn’t rush to get done and move on. He was honest with us at the outset about expectations on very old stains but as it turned out he got most of the stains OUT!
We had a very dirty light pink carpeting and it was literally brown with dirt. It looks almost new again with the exception of heavy traffic areas which show wear and the fiber is slightly off color but not dirty. I waited three weeks before writing this review to see if old dirty areas began showing up again as they have in the past with other cleaners and they DID NOT. Just the places where the fibers were worn in heavy traffic areas that are a slight gray.
Our granddaughter stopped in as he was finishing and liked his work so much she hired him to clean our sofa and recliner as well. Needless to say they look brand new.
Please give Jimmy a try! I don’t think you will be disappointed.
