I needed balloons for my daughter’s high school graduation party, so I was very happy to have found Balloon Works. Mary is a true professional, very patient with all my questions, and made sure it looked exactly the way I wanted it. I’ll definitely call on Balloon Works for any future parties. Thank you, Mary!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’m all the way from New York and I searched Unilocal for a business who could deliver a birthday balloon bouquet to our 2 year old granddaughter who lives in Vallejo. I came across Balloon Works by Mary so I checked out her reviews and Facebook page and liked what I saw. Of course I had waited until the last minute, so I contacted Mary to see if she could do same-​day service and boy did she deliver! She created the cutest bouquet, including a ballerina bear and a walking balloon cat and panda. My granddaughter LOVED IT! We Face-​timed her and she was holding her new friend, the ballerina bear. THANK YOU MARY! You truly made her day — and you made this grandma’s day too. Thank you too for the great conversation via phone to let me know what you delivered to her… I feel like I made a new friend in Vallejo and will definitely use your business for all my deliveries to our daughter’s home in the future. Mary is such a sweetheart! Called to send balloons for a forgotten birthday (yes I am a jerkface I forgot). But Mary jumped right on it and made sure to get a big, beautiful balloon bouquet out the same day!

I was planning my uncle’s 50^th B-​day party and saw some really great ideas for Balloon decorations on pinterest. I thought I could do it myself but after talking to the B-​day committee, realized I wouldn’t have the time to set up the balloons on the day of the party (the event was at a golf club. With the party less than three weeks away, I was a little nervous and started looking on Unilocal for a place to simply blow up the balloons. Instead, I stumbled upon Balloon works and not only will they blow up the balloons, but they will set it up as well. I contacted Mary and was very happy to find that she was easy to work with. She was very responsive to my ideas and made my vision come true. Thank you so much Mary! The Balloon really took this party to the next level!

This time, we had a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse themed 1^st birthday party for my daughter. It was a nice day at the park, so this time was more casual and relaxed than her baptism party. First, Mary came over on two different nights to brainstorm ideas: a Mickey Mouse balloon arch, LIFE-​SIZE characters made completely out of balloons, tall balloon center pieces, balloon flowers, and a Mickey and Minnie kids’ table. She drew out a setup and helped us find a caterer– she knows so many vendors, if you ever need recommendations. She’s thrown so many parties, so she has lots of great tips that I wouldn’t think of.
Again, Mary went above and beyond for us. The kids table with Mickey and Minnie linens was a huge hit… The party was so cute and beautiful without being too extravagant. We just wanted the best party for this special occasion.

I work in a building that has a lot of different events and catering companies and Mary was bar far the best. She was incredibly nice, helpful, patent and easy going. I look forward to working with her and her crew in the future. They had really great food as well!

I have worked with Mary for more than 10 years. She is amazing! Mary has consistently and creatively decorated our school for a variety of occasions, as well as other events. She is a gem! Mary’s work is outstanding, and her prices are extremely reasonable.

Hands down the best in the bay area. Mary does amazing work. Her prices are great as well she can pretty much work with any reasonable budget. She has done about 6 parties for us now and she will continue to. I thank you mary you do amazing work and you have an amazing talent.

Mary is awesome to work with! I initially found Mary back in February when my eldest just had to have a Frozen themed birthday, but of course all Frozen items were sold out. Mary came through for me and had Elsa, Anna, Olaf and snowflake balloons ready for me in less than 48 hours.
Now its my youngest who has just celebrated her baptism and 1^st birthday and I initially contacted Mary 2 months prior. Silly me forgot to follow up because I was wrapped up in work that I didnt contact Mary until 4 days prior to my event! Big fail on my part! However, despite being short on time, Mary not only came through for me, but she was flexible with time, worked with my budget and knew what I wanted with little explanation. She supplied me with tables, chairs, glass jars and candy buffet set up, including a balloon arch and two towers. The tables and chairs were nice and clean. The buffet set up was gorgeous and I received so many compliments!
