Unreliable and terrible customer service. Try calling for a reservation and see how long you are on hold before someone picks for starters. And then hold your breathe to see if your driver shows up at all!!!

Been using Leros for years. Dozens of trips and have never had an experience that wasn’t superb. It’s rare these days to find the level of customer service that they provide every single time.

More than once I was left waiting for my driver to arrive for pickup from the airport. Nothing worse than getting off a long flight and you can’t locate your driver. Nice drivers but poorly run company! Will not be using them again.

I just used Leros for my wedding this past weekend and am so glad I did. They provided cars for me and my parents as well as a shuttle service for my guests. I can’t say enough. They upgraded my parents to an SUV at the last minute because of bad weather, the shuttle driver accommodated more (very rowdy) people than he should have. No complaints. And what is even better is every experience was so pleasant. Lauren was a doll, even coming in sick to make sure everything was set. Planning a wedding was way more stressful than I imagined, it made it so much easier to deal with professional, and just plain nice, people. I’ll definitely be using them again.

On time and professional…
I used Leros Point-​to-​Point for a recent business trip to White Plains. Booking was relatively easy by phone. Communication was good with confirmatory emails sent upon booking and then one day before the trip. Pick-​up from the airport (LGA) was a little tricky because I had trouble finding the car. Some renovations at the terminal made it difficult for the driver to pick me up inside. It turns out the «curb» pick-​up was more complicated and my driver had a little difficulty describing where he was. The ride was smooth and safe. The cars were clean and comfortable. On the way back, pick-​up at the hotel was easier.
Overall, pretty efficient service.

I lived in Westchester and used Leros for business travel. Started using them for family airport runs. Moved to NYC and still use them.

Leros now owns L&J Limo, our choice since 1986. Not much has changed beyond the reservation and billing system.
On time all the time, clean cars and polite drivers.

Great service I used to use them when I lived in Westchester for all my trips. I then moved to Manhattan and continued to use them. I now live in NJ and still use them. They are always on time and have professional drivers and new clean cars. They also handle all my travel for nationwide and International (Europe). I highly recommend them. It has been 8 years on consistently great service.

On time pick up, curteous staff. On return the driver met us at the exit of the baggage claim with a clearly marked sign. Competitively priced, rates include all taxes, tips, and tolls. They don’t call to confirm your ride the day before, but was easily reachable when I called them. They also have a website for easy on line reservations. Would definitely use again.
