History

Established in 2003.

The Tournament Players Club, TPC Valencia, reflects the vision and distinction associated with the TPC Network of courses. Designed by PGA TOUR Design Services under consultation from, two-​time Major champion, Mark O’Meara, the TPC Valencia offers 18 holes of challenging, breathtaking play. This par-​72 championship course stretches 7,220 yards with sweeping views of the Santa Clarita Valley and is complemented by the 32,400 square-​foot Clubhouse that emulates the old California ranch-​style architecture.

As the Catering Manager for TPC Valencia’s Oaks Grille, Ana is passionate about insuring the standards for a superb culinary experience are met, starting with the delectable gourmet creations of Executive Chef, Daniel Otto, and continuing to the table with the highest level of service. We aim to make the Oaks Grille the première fine dining destination and event venue in Los Angeles and hope you will visit soon to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Santa Clarita Valley while feasting on unique, seasonal menu options from our Award Winning Chef Otto.

TPC Valencia has been great to us! My husband and I got married on their grounds and we were so happy with how everything turned out! They truly gave us the red carpet treatment! Their employees are beyond helpful and the wedding coordinator Gina was the best! Their food is beyond delicious! We had been to TPC several times prior to our wedding and kept dreaming of the food. Come wedding day and all our friends and family kept raving about how good the food was! We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome!

I had the privileged of working with Megan and Gina this last Saturday. As a vendor it can be frustrating when the staff is not on the same page as you, but i wanted to say that Megan and Gina were absolutely on top of it, not only were they pleasant to work with, they were both very accommodating to the vendors, from vendor meals and set up to coordinating with the family and keeping everything on track. As a potential client having a staff be ready to go and make sure your event runs smooth and flawlessly, I would highly recommend TPC, not only for its location but also if you are looking for peace of mind and a crew that loves what they do you cannot go wrong. Thanks Gina and Megan for making Hannah and Matt’s event terrific.

Was a member here for a little while and have to stay it’s a very good deal with the initiation fee. Course is fun and always in consistently great shape, staff is great, practice range is great. Could use a little more slope on the practice green, a little more sand in their practice bunker, but overall it’s a great place to belong to. Not too busy, guest fee is even pretty reasonable on the weekday. The area is a bit of a wind tunnel though, so a lot of days it’s just too windy to play golf if you care about your score or quality of practice. Food at the grill is great too.

Just finished an amazing day of golf, food and fun.
The wind and rain didn’t deter those determined to dominate this course. I won’t repeat what other reviewers have said about the front nine being the more forgiving holes on the course; I will merely confirm.
The buffet afterwards was delectable.

This is a very challenging course if you have never played it before.
The front nine is much more open than the back (IMO), and leaves a little more room for forgiveness. The back nine has a lot more oak trees that come into play, often times right smack dab in the middle of fairways.
Albeit we played right after a large rainstorm had come through and dumped three inches of rain, I was somewhat disappointed in the condition of some of their fairways and the 1st green.
The first green has oil lines from a mower than now make it look like a football field… hash marks and yard lines from north to south. Also, a number of their fairways seemed to be balding in certain areas… not exactly something I would expect to find at a TPC location.
If the price is right to come play here, I definitely recommend it! It will offer any golfer of any skill level a fun and satisfying challenge. However, I wouldn’t pay more than $ 100-​$ 120 to play here.
Also, their restaurant is great! I recommend the good old fashioned Oaks Burger sans American cheese (get cheddar only). The buns were incredibly fresh, the burger was expertly cooked (too many times at golf courses you end up with hockey pucks instead of burger patties), and their fries were delicious! Also, their wine list was great and surprisingly not overpriced! I recommend the Saddlerock Pinot Noir.

Been there for lunch twice now & must admit even though the food was good I really don’t know what all the fuss is about. Overpriced & I get the impression a lot of people just go here «just to be seen» judging by the various people I spotted there… there are far better places in the SCV to eat

had dinner their sat nite. Had sea bass with no price on the menu. It just said market price. Bill came and it was $ 52.00. Rip-​off. are they kidding? Its a glorified hotel food.

Rancho Cucamonga, CA
got a chance to play in a golf tourney here and I thought I would never get a chance to play this course. I wasn’t passing up the chance.
The course is very manicured and the greens are lightning fast.
The course isn’t too hilly or target golf until you get to the back 9 and they have these 2 back to back par 5’s that are goofy.
besides that I enjoyed it.

I had my own bridal shower here four years ago and just revisited this place for another bridal shower this past weekend. This place is top notch with amazing views. If i was a golfer, I’d most definitely love this place even more! Very friendly staff here, I don’t think I had to ask for a refill once. Mimosas were flowing, champagne was flowing… you know. They have a great banquet room with outdoor views that are lovely with a lot of comfortable seating. Food is okay, although I can really only go on what I ordered this past time because I can’t remember what I had four years ago. The turkey croissant was just alright. I probably should have read the fine print when it said there was cranberry in it. I don’t think it was a very good contrast. French fries were incredibly salty and more greasy than other fries I’ve had. I asked to switch out some fruit for the fries after the fact and they were very happy to do that.

By far the best food in SCV with a great view to match! If you are considering a venue for an upcoming wedding, birthday, or just a date night, TPC is your place. I own an event planning company and coordinate events all over the Valley. I have coordinated several events at TPC and each time I know that my event will run smoothly. The staff is on it and will make sure your night is perfect. Chef Otto is a true culinary genius and will make sure your meal is one you will not soon forget. If you have family visiting from out of town or need to take a client to lunch, visit TPC and you will not be disappointed.

The views are simply amazing and hope on my next visit that I have time to play some golf.

Came for breakfast and we’re disappointed. Had the eggs benedict and would not recommend it. The muffin was barely warmed and there was very little hollandaise. Fruit was not good and potatoes were under cooked No wonder the restaurant was almost empty.

I had my wedding ceremony & reception here.
The view is gorgeous, the service is great, and the food is excellent.
Many people complimented me that the food was one of the best they have ever experienced. Gina, the coordinator is so straightforward and prompt on every step. Very very easy to work with! And the whole team is very professional and just beyond the expectation.
Thank you TPC for making my lifetime event so memorable.

My wife and I had our wedding reception there over 3 years ago and we’ve had several private events there since then. The staff is amazing! Gina, the events coordinator is wonderful. She bends over backwards to help satisfy her guests and is very personable. We felt like we knew her for a long time when speaking to her. The décor was done just how we wanted it every time. The food is spectacular, in taste and presentation. My wife & I went there to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and without mentioning it, the staff remembered us from a year prior. Then they proceeded to comp our meal! I was blown away. They were all extremely kind and treated us like family. I would highly recommend TPC Valencia. Whenever we have a special event to plan, we always think of them.

Pfffff, easily one of the nicest places ive played golf, and ive played at PGA west in palm springs, so that’s saying a lot. Super nice staff and even nicer course. The greens are unreal! They are wicked fast and almost unreadable… kind of frustrated me because i pride myself in my putting. The range is super nice and it has a breathtaking view. I think i like this course more that VCC. Anywho, im taking lessons here later this summer and i cant wait to go back.

Love, love, love, love, love the Beet Layer Terrine. Look for it under their salad section.
It was really good. You get these four eye appealing, cute, very yummy, cake-​looking rectangular little cubes with beet and goat cheese alternating layers with vinaigrette dressing on top.
I have been to this place many times and tried many dishes. Everything that I have tried from this place has been good so far, but I feel that this little dish deserves its own 5-​star and its own review
Must go back there just to get this. Did I say I love these terrine?

Huge double-​sided grass driving range and massive putting green makes TPC an ideal place to sharpen your golf game.
Course is pretty solid except for #3, 7, 14 & 15. Those holes are pretty dumb. #18 can be a monster if it’s into the wind (which it is most of the time), so hopefully you took advantage of the short par 4 17th and made a birdie so you have a cushion going into the last hole.
Restaurant is really yummy (Oaks Grille), so if you have time after your round, go upstairs and grab some food.

The Tournament Players Club at Valencia (or TPC) is WONDERFUL.
Thanks to a client, I recently had the privilege recently to play some golf here. It is a spectacular place, with a terrific view and immaculate landscaping. The restaurant is wonderful, too (see reviews here on Unilocal).

Dinner was pricey but the rib-​eye is one I’ll remember for a long time.
The golf courses are world reknown too.
If you can afford the membeship then go for it… you won’t be dissapointed.
