Business Owner

Julie Molinare is one of Santa Clarita Valley’s premier landscape artists. She is able to turn your outdoor space into your own personalized paradise.

After years in the rat race of Corporate America, the economy and family sent Julie back to school where she found her true calling. Graduating with Honors from California State University at Northridge (CSUN), Landscape Design Extension Program in 2003; Julie began her journey into the backyards of her community. She truly enjoys working with her clients to create their own little haven.

Julie strives to help all her clients find the perfect plants and design to fit their family’s needs while preserving the environment and complementing the community they live in.

Julie is fantastic to work with. She knows her plants and design. She designed a beautiful new backyard for my husband and I. She is very professional and easy to like. She will work within your budget. We had some hardscape done and her team did a fantastic job. I would recommend The Grass Is Always Greener Designs to anyone. There is nothing more satisfying then helping a local small business!
