I am a legally operated home based Custom Cake Shop specializing in wedding, birthday, baby shower, and most other special occasion cakes.

My cakes highlight the latest trends in cake decorating by using mediums like edible modeling chocolate (characters and figurines) wafer paper and gum paste (delicate flowers), edible lace and pearl to create romantic effects on wedding cakes and many other of the latest design elements to showcase the latest trends in the cake world that will make your cake stand out!

I use only the freshest and finest ingredients in my cakes to ensure that not only will your cake look amazing but it will taste amazing too! All fondant cakes are wrapped in ganache during the warmer months and buttercream during the cooler months providing you with an additional layer of flavor and stability.

There is a 4-​dozen minimum on cupcakes, $ 150 minimum on cake orders. Please place cake orders at least 2 weeks in advance for special

occasion cakes and a minimum of 3 – 6 months in advance for wedding cakes. A non–

refundable deposit of 50 percent of the total order is required for all orders. No refunds for cancellations since other orders were refused for that date in order to reserve the date for you.

Cake stands and cupcake towers available for rental; security deposit required.

My passion is baking and cake decorating. I always had a desire to learn to decorate cakes so in an effort to do so, I spent the better part of the last three years taking every class I could to learn, hone, and perfect my craft. Finally, in early 2014, I decided to expand my horizons and opened «The Cake Barn». I love utilizing the most modern techniques, newest mediums and most innovative designs to create cakes that are currently trending in the cake world. If you are looking for that «wow» factor then you need to call the Cake Barn.

Please note; I only accept a limited amount of orders allowing me to devote myself exclusively to the orders on hand. I like to focus on each of my cakes individually ensuring that once it leaves my shop it is the very best it can be.

My cakes are made using the finest ingredients and are baked fresh. Its VERY important that my cakes not only look great but taste great. Trust me… You won’t be disappointed!
