I never step into the store, but I did call them about repairing my COACH watch that has Swarovski crystals on them that are missing. The lady on the phone was rude when I asked her if they do repairs and she said we only repair our own watches and not COACH. I asked her if they have the pieces/​blings and she said they don’t have it in the store at all. While asking her if they carry the piece and if I can buy it and then use the jewelry fix it store she actually sigh with annoyance on the phone. Wow. Not impressed. If I can post the conversation on the phone on YouTube, I will.

I received a ring from there from my boyfriend and 2 of the stones fell out I went in 2 exchange it the lady looked at it and looked in the drawer that was completely full!!! said oh we don’t have your size I never told her my size of said well what size do u have she said only smaller so I can’t help you I said can you call another store and see if it’s in Stock she said no we are independent u need 2 call on your own. Very rude lady I will never shop there again her name was mayiri

All the stores carry very similar products to remain consistent in their lines…
But what this store has that no other can compare is the exact opposite of customer service.
If you are looking to feel better about your life and who you are then stroll right in and meet the troll they have hired to mock you as you shop.
Should you be as daring to ask for assistance from this peach of a human you will be met with the eyes of contempt. Do not look to long as this may be the daughter of Medusa.
Lastly if you are still reading this rant I implore you to shop elsewhere but my words may just prompt you to see if I my assessment is even possible.
If you are that daring brave knight… please reply to this post confirming my message to ensure that this store closes down and the demon that they employ is forced to go back to the cold pit of hell from which she was crafted.

I went in to exchange a gift for a different color bracelet and the manager Chris told me it’s used and i cannot return it. It took about 10 minutes of arguing back and forth for him to get it that it was worn for 2 seconds only to try it on. He then tells me that he cannot return it with a gift receipt because it’s not in the box it came with. I wanted to try on other colors that i might want and his body language showed that he was very annoyed at me wanting to try these on. Later i went back with the packaging and he was a different person and very helpful. NEVER DID HE TELL ME THAT IT WAS THE POLICY that it needed to be in the original packaging, as it seemed like he was making excuses to not take it back. If it were not for wanting to exchange for a different color, i would NOT SHOP IN this store. The customer service was very dissatisfying.
