A++++++. I am so excited about my new shutters and the first class experience I had with the Shutter World team. I highly recommend! Bryan and Anita are very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine. Manuel, their installer, has been in the business for over 20 years and is extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable Very pleasant experience.

As soon as I received they keys from my new place, I called Bryan.
A lot of people now in days, they ask you for money to get a quote. Not this guys. Bryan arrived at my new place the next day, did the measurements, told me that I was going to get a quote in a couple of hours and I did.
I shopped in different places and I got the best price from this guys.
Today, they arrived early as we agreed, did an amazing job and now I have a more beautiful home thanks to this guys.

I would highly recommend Shutter World. They installed 4 shutters and a roller shade. Before I landed on Shutter World, I had a couple of companies that I found on Unilocal come out to give me a quote and I knew I wanted to work with Brian after meeting with him but was worried that they would be out of my budget because they were so much more professional and didn’t give off that annoying pushy sales person vibe like the rest. When I got the quote they were pretty much in the same range as the others… the price was fair so I decided to move forward. I was still hesitant about the shutters being installed on time and what the final product would look like but the shutters came in on time as promised. They were installed by Manuel who was very nice and did a great job! I couldn’t be more pleased. I am so impressed by this company! I will certainly be a repeat customer and would highly recommend them!

We had 17 windows and 2 sliders done by Shutter World (Plantation shutters). Outstanding quality, quick and perfect installation, and great people! Brian, the owner, is extremely knowledgable and more importantly, straight forward and honest. Was able to accommodate our special requests too. Can’t say enough about Shutter World. You will not be disappointed.

Fitting the whole house with shutters was a sizable investment so we did a fair bit of shopping around and got multiple estimates before deciding to go with Shutter World.
Bryan, the owner, was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he didn’t come at us from a «hard sell» angle like some others we got quotes from, but rather his approach was to simply lay out the pricing and choices and let the customer decide. In the end, his price was very reasonable. That and the fact that his business was a local family business which was close by clinched the deal for us.
Fitting was quick and well done. We did have a problem initially with a crack in one of the slats but they came out and fixed it immediately. We haven’t have any issues since and are very pleased with the results. Recommended.

We recently purchased blinds for our home from Sutter World. They are beautiful! Brian and his team are such a pleasure to work with, from estimate to installation. They are honest, very prompt, very professional, and sell a high quality product. I will use them again if the need arises, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is an outstanding outfit. I called several places locally for information on blinds and even got some rough quotes based on my measurements but when I called shutterworld I was overly impressed with the level of service I received. I called and spoke to Anita who was very friendly and spent a fair amount of time with me over the phone to go over the options within our price range. After being thorougly impressed, I set up an appointment for measurements to be taken and a quote to be done. Brian came out and was here on time and took all the measurements. After he was done he gave us a very reasonable price to install real wood blinds in all of our rooms with the exception of the living room where we opted for a nicely designed vertical. I was impressed with Brian’s professionalism and went ahead and put a deposit down for the blinds which I was told would be in within 1 – 2 weeks. Again, right on time, a little more then a week later I get a call from Anita saying our blinds were in and we went ahead and set the install up. Today was the day for the install and it couldn’t of gone any smoother. An installer named Robert (very friendly and helpful) came out and was very thorough and orderly and installed everything to perfection! All the blinds in our home look fantastic and we will definitely be recommending shutterworld to family and friends. They are extremely reasonable and go well above and beyond in every facet.

We love our new shutters.
We contacted Shutter World a few weeks back, they quickly sent someone over to take measurements and give a quote. The quote seemed fair (to be honest, we didn’t do a lot… or really any… shopping around). We paid a 50% deposit and waited.
They called a few weeks later (earlier than estimated) to say the shutters were ready. They were very flexible with install dates as my husband and I had to do a bit of juggling to find a free morning. They arrived on time, installed beautiful shutters on our two sliding doors and were done within 2 hours.
I think its a small family owned business that’s been in the SCV for many years. I could be making that part up, but I’m pretty sure. Anyways, if it is, I always like supporting those businesses!
As promised, on time appointments, seemingly reasonable pricing, good communication, clean pretty white shutters — I’m happy!
