Horrible horrible horrible. I had trouble ordering my sons senior pictures and the customer service is terrible.
Then went back to pick up his hand shake photo and they were having a meeting and wouldn’t come out and give it to me but the front door was open and it said they were open. I called and again terrible customer service.
The schools need to use another company.

SCV Youth sports used them. The telephone customer service is terrible. I ordered a digital download, paid for everything and filled out the forms when the picture was taken. I called to check on the status of my order after the rest of the team received their pictures. I was told to email and inquire with the digital download people. I sent 5 emails and called back again, I was informed that I needed to re-​send my information (all the information that I filled out on the order form weeks before) to the email address and i needed to wait at least 3 weeks for a reply. That is the only way I will get my photos. No help from anyone on the phone. there was nothing she could look up or check on. I was told there were hundreds of people before me waiting for an email.
I would have appreciated an Auto-​Reply saying that my email was received.
The only kuddos i will give is the to friendly photographer and his assistant. They were great.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. As someone who grew up in the SCV, I was accustomed to Mike and his crew taking care of all the school pictures. But boy did I ever receive a shock when I realized how great they were with adults too!
They are always ALWAYS on time, friendly, accommodating, and professional. Don’t like your double chin? Only (think you) have one good side? They’ll adjust the camera angle and lighting to make you love your pic.
Highly recommend for everything from individual shots to family photos to large corporate/​team shots. They do it all and they do it all well.

I was forced to use them 4 years ago when son graduated. How they got the market on the entire SCV is beyond me. Beautiful photos, yes. The prices are outrageous! I can get them done myself much cheaper. This year, with our other son, we are taking our mandatory photo to get in the yearbook and having a friend to portraits with cap & gown we borrowed.

Imagine $ 684.00 for 7 prints. I still need to send her to college. The price Included a random $ 57.00 e-​commerce fee– really? What on earth is that?
Thank God this is my 5^th and final child and we are done with O’Connor Photography forever. I assure you we will never do business with you ever again. Shame on you for your exhorbent pricing when families are trying to raise their children.

Basic «Picture People» quality at extortionist prices. $ 70 for an 8×10 and another $ 7.00 «handling fee» even when pick up at location is chosen.

I suggest if you want any photos you plan to spend a long time waiting. I ordered my son’s senior portraits on Aug. 31 and they weren’t even sent to the lab until Oct. 1^st. Here it is now Nov. 5^th and my photos are still not in. Of course, they already have my money so what do they care. There’s no incentive to get me my photos. I agree with Rob, a big rip off. Thankfully I only ordered a few photos. Perhaps that is why my order was delayed. I will not order from this photographer again! The quality does not stand up to the price. I have had other sports photos taken at this studio and they were no better than what I could have taken with my iPhone.
Probably should have waited until I had my photos in hand before reviewing. Now I’ll probably never get them.

Absolute RIP-​OFF. They Corner the market in School pictures and rip off the parents who are forced to buy their prints. for my daughters High School graduation — $ 500 for a CD of pictures? $ 182 for a basic 8×10print. For a digital print that they run off a Printer. DISGUSTING.
Over-​priced rip off. don’t use them.
