McDowell Odom LLP was formed in 2010 when the mother-​daughter team of Claudia McDowell and Lisa Odom decided to join forces and create a Los Angeles County based law firm geared at providing top-​notch, large firm quality legal services at small firm rates. Ms. McDowell and Ms. Odom practice primarily in business and corporate law, securities compliance and registration, real estate, commercial real estate leasing, finance, and wills, trusts, and estate planning, and trust administration.

Business Owner

Lisa Odom is a partner and co-​founder of the Santa Clarita based law firm of McDowell Odom LLP. While she is based in Los Angeles County, California, her practice spans the country and the globe in her representation of a variety of businesses and individuals in all areas of transactional law, with a particular focus on business and corporate law, contract law, commercial real estate transactions and leasing, and wills, trusts and estate planning, and trust administration. Her practice is unique in that it is relationship oriented and she represents numerous small and mid-​sized companies as corporate counsel, largely due to her diverse experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and agreements for her clients.
