I met Jerod through a close friend about two years ago. At that time Jerod was their agent and he helped them find a rental until they were ready to buy. Fast forward to Spring/​Summer 2015 and my friend used Jerod to purchase a perfect house for their needs, and the time was right for my wife and I to start seriously looking.
