I’ve been waiting a month for Marcelle Wahba who has «20 years experience» to return 5 emails since she last called me. I am being flat out ignored. I’d say that 20 years has caused her to become very complacent. I’m removing myself as a client today.

Do not go here I went there to fix something that another H&R block did not do right and all this person had to do was submit them again. All the work was done she just had to look them over and push a button and I was charged $ 300.00. It was a total ripoff!!! Do not go to H&R block at all ever.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I paid a high fee and service was not good. I filled my income tax on Feb 19. I called today my paperwork was still sitting in there office!!! So instead of me waiting 2 weeks for my check. I will have to wait another 2 weeks.1 month total. My stuff just barely got submitted today!!! So disapointed!!!
