Gymnastics Unlimited

Ok, I understand in this small town we don’t have many options, but there are more than one to choose, so I don’t get how they have such bad customer service. Facilities are great, and some coaches are very good as well, but the teenagers than attend the desk are not only clueless but rude, they make you feel as if they are the ones doing you a favor. We are the ones paying. They promise they will get you in the class you wanted so that you pay the enrollment fees, but they never deliver. Unfortunately our little ones are the ones who suffered by having their hearts broken. Please beware, as a mother, I can stress this enough, beware of this management before you enroll. Empty promises, horrible customer service and disappointed kids.

My daughters have been to several gymnastics places in the SCV and GU is definitely their favorite. The teachers are attentive and friendly. They have both improved a lot in the one year since they started. The staff is very good about moving your child up to a harder class when they are ready.

Don’t have the words. It’s all about the money. People are rude and snooty. Go to Wallers.

My son loves the place. The teachers are wonderful and they meet the kids at their level, yet they consistently to nudge them to move toward higher potential.

My three daughters (ages 6, 6, and 8) have been taking lessons here for the last year. My kids have really enjoyed it. The instructors are kind and nicely balance challenging the kids without pushing them too far. As a homeschooling family, we have been able to take advantage of the homeschooling classes which are offered during the school day. The office staff has always been professional and helpful. I would recommend this facility.

My girls are enjoying classes here. The teachers are nice. There’s lots of variety. They are young (5 and 4) so we are not there for Olympics type training. We just go so they can be active and meet kids their ages.
The only challenge is scheduling a make-​up class — there is only one option a week and it fill ups fast.

Gymnastics Unlimited is a welcoming and friendly place and my daughter loves learning gymnastics here! The coaches are caring and enjoy teaching. I appreciate that they offer such a variety of classes and times, a plus. Parking is good too. :)

This place is close to my house so I signed my 5 year old when we moved here a year ago. She has learned absolutely nothing. The «coaches“just stand around and don’t actually teach her anything. As I watch, she just keeps doing the same thing wrong over and over with no direction or assistance. The coaches just stand there and go through the motions, or talk to each other. There are a couple of good ones, but the majority are how I’ve described. The place we went to before we moved had rows and rows of competition awards hanging. This place has barely any. This is such a great reflection of the coaching. Also, they charge $ 80 a month and $ 50 every year as a registration fee. I don’t know what I’m registering for every year! If you’re looking for a place for your kid to jump around and have fun, go to My Gym. It’s a great time. If you want your kid to learn gymnastics, don’t go go Gymnastics Unlimited.

Love this place! my daughter comes here once a week for gymnastics and she always has the best of fun. the place is very clean and huge, and all the instructors are very helpful and quite determined that all the kids succeed at their level. Front office staff also very friendly! If you want your kid to have the best gymnastics training in the Santa Clarita valley and also have fun doing it, then this is the place to be!

My daughter has been attending GU for 2 years and absolutely LOVES it! The coaches are amazing and so friendly. She is thrilled to be moving up to the intermediate level today! I can smell Pikes! Thank you all for all you do :)

My daughter took classes here for a little over a year (we have moved out of the area). In my opinion, the best coach here is Coach Courtney. My daughter tried a few coaches before Courtney and they were too young, basically there just to collect a paycheck and did not engage well with the kids they were instructing (I think one of the coaches was named Jillian). Coach Courtney was fantastic, patient, very engaging and did not play favorites with anyone. Front desk staff was professional and kind, too.

Proud M. and Gym M. You are obviously them same person. Stop rating yourself to acquire more positive stars. None the less this doesn’t surprise me either. For everyone information I was NEVER escorted by police. They were ridiculously called because they cant stand their grounds and handle their billing and run a proper business.
The cops stood their clueless (wasting their time) not knowing what to do, because their was nothing to do. If you have a video I challenge you to put in here so everyone can see how improper I behaved according to you and that parent fearing for her life. I AM NOT A LIAR, I WILL ALWAYS SPEAK THE TRUTH AND STAND BY WHAT I SAY OR DO. My actions where of an upset parent that was not contacted nor aware that we my daughter was no longer welcome and having a disrespectful staff member call me with a disgusting condescending attitude towards me. Did you want to wait for me to go in Saturday so you can turn me away in front of my daughter just like what you did to another parent? Shows how much you care about the children. Not one child can say they even heard me speak while I was there, nice try though.
BOTTOM LINE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Take this review for what is worth. This place may be one of the oldest around here I don’t know but the owners are fairly new. Three positive reviews in 1 day and last one was done last year in October… this is not rocket science:)

I wish negative stars were an option! The owner of this gym makes families
willing to drive to van Nuys for gymnastics. Rude, condescending — I have never seen such horrible ownership! I feel for her employees. Quality coaching can never mask horrible ownership.

My daughter has been doing gymnastics for over 2 years this is our 3^rd place and it’s by far the best!!! Kelly & Courtney, the coaches here is by far the best gymnastics coaches I have ever met. They do a great job challenging the kids and is also very fun an overall just great with the kids. I am so happy we made the switch to gymnastics unlimited!!! I highly recommend it!!!

My two children attend three gymnastics classes at Gymnastics Unlimited. I’m very happy that their instructors are attentive to their needs and individual styles. As a result, both children are getting better at gymnastics. They’re building strong muscles and developing flexibility under close supervision of Coaches Jake, Tammy, Jodi, Kelly, Tricia and Courtney.
The best part is my children are having fun that they look forward to their classes every week.
For me, I sometimes see the same drills so many times and get bored. Wifi is available to connect to the internet so I can take my eyes off the kids. But I definitely enjoy watching my kids learn and grow in the environment that warmth and professionalism are evident from the owner, the coaches and the front desk staff.
Highly recommended.

Love this place and my daughter does too! Courtney is an awesome coach and so great with the kids!
