Great customer service, they were prompt with greeting! They also asked me in details to what is exactly that I needed to be done! Showed the sample of their work so that I feel confident to trust them with the quality of work! It was the first time being there but very satisfied with their service!

I have been using Flair every other week for over a year now. The quality of dry cleaning has diminished considerably month after month. The final straw was when I picked up my dry cleaning this week to see one shirt had not even been pressed. I specifically asked for starch to help keep wrinkles at bay. I stayed with Flair because they are open on Sunday and turn around your cleaning in day. But that seems to be the problem. They have high volume and poor quality. Time to find a different dry cleaners in Santa Clarita.

Ive been using Flair cleaners for over a year now. Yes, the hours are great, the location is great but the service… ehhh. In my account I have it noted NO CREASES. It has been this way since day one. It is also noted on my red drop off bag and they even put tags on the pants to indicate no creases. Every week there is at least one pair of pants that are creased. I have to call, complain, get apologies, excuses and I am out two more trips to get them redone. It is becoming a hassle and a headache. Yea, I guess I could check my clothes before I leave, and my wife has actually done this when she picks them up, and like clockwork, there is something creased that she has to pullout and leave. Who has the time to think about this when they just run in to pick up and assume that the business knows what the client wants… when it is noted.
More than anything, it is that a customers preference cannot seem to be consistently followed at this place. Time to look for another cleaners. Maybe one who is not so big who can take their customer seriously.

Always a handful of people working at the front to provide immediate pickup/​drop-​off. The uniforms I drop off are always well done, never any wrinkles or stains. They are fast and provide great same day service if you get it there early enough. They also do tailoring. They charge $ 5.50 for each uniform!

The owner contacted me shortly after posting this review and put me in touch with one of his staff members to resolve this issue. I have learned that the individual I dealt with is not an employee of this company but rather an intermediate party. I appreciate the owner utilizing this tool to take action to rectify issues with its customers. I am happy to have a renewed and even more confident outlook on the continued use of this company’s services. I get that mistakes happen, I make them myself too. It’s what we do when they happen that shows our true charter. Thanks for stepping up and taking care of this issue.

Just left here about 30 seconds ago. $ 38 for 5 pieces is absolutely ridiculous! Don’t bother! And I will never go back. Oh ya, she told me I should have had a coupon. So they know they are ripping people off, so they have coupons somewhere online.

So this was my first time here. I had 2 ripped shorts that were not cheap. I thought I had to toss them. My girlfriend said to try this place out and I did. When I received the shorts back I forgot where I had ripped them. They did such a great job with repairing them. I will be back for other services. Thank you!!!

I can’t believe how they stay in business with how expensive they are. I was charged for beads and sequins that did not exist on dress and jacket they cleaned. $ 14.25 to clean a long dress that is lined but don’t even press the lining! I went to Flair because I received a coupon for 40% off so I thought I’d check them out. I will not go back!

Great, clean business with employees who have mastered customer service! This is my new go to spot for drycleaning service!

We will not be returning after yet another shirt was returned mangled and ripped in the underarm area by their equipment. Then, when confronted with the damage, they had the gaul and nerve to suggest that the shirt, which was delivered in perfect condition, was somehow deteriorated and damaged by my use of underarm deodorant. I have used the same antiperspirant since i was a teenager and I never ever encountered a problem at any other dry cleaners i have used over the years.
Customers beware. This so-​called cleaners is the worst i have ever used in many decades and when they rip your perfectly good and expensive clothes, they try to blame you for the damage.
Good luck if you use this Flair.
(P.S. — I see Gary’s response below… Sadly, this is a recent experience and has nothing to do with the last time they ripped our shirts to shreds… they did compensate us the last time this happened and we figured it was a one off of terrible handling of our clothing… But when it happens repeatedly, it is time to move on.)

Nice local place for your dry cleaning services. Very reasonable in price. They do offer coupons, and offer the 25 Score discount as well. However, make sure that the discount is applied when you go pay for your order. A couple of times the discount was not applied when they gave me the total. Just make sure to ask to see if your discounts were applied.

Flair Cleaners is a very unreliable business. My first visit I dropped off some pants, one of them which need a little stitching. The girl at the counter told me that stitching would be $ 5.95. If any of the previous reviews are anything to go by, this is the only price I’ve seen or heard here other than the total. What’s the deal with not having your prices posted, somewhere? Is Valencia too good to post prices in now?
Suffice it to say that I was little surprised at the total when I picked up my pants a few days later. That same day I brought in two shirts, mostly on good faith, including a white dress shirt, which was a bit dirty at the cuffs and collar. I turned my shirt in, but forgot to mention the stains. When I picked up my shirts they were nice and pressed, but I noticed the stains were still visible. Fine, I didn’t mention the stain, it’s my fault. I had to give them another chance to make right.
I brought in a stained red shirt a couple of days after the previous drop off. I got the stain during lunch at work and I didn’t want to risk the stain sticking permanently so I brought it in for cleaning the same day, about 6 hours after it stained. I told the man at the counter and he noted the stains with red tape.
The next day I picked up my shirt and its was pressed, looked great, but then I checked for the stain. It was still there, a bit faded, but noticeable. I waited for the man charging me to mention it, perhaps it was impossible to remove, it was sriracha after all. He never said much else other than my total; he didn’t inquire as to why I was looking at my shirt a bit closely. I’m not the type to argue, beg, or ask for refunds or re-​dos; you get it right every time and I’ll be a loyal customer.
In short, I can’t really say Flair Cleaners pays much attention to my clothes after they’ve left my possession. Don’t expect them to be proactive about your clothes. Perhaps I should have asked the man, maybe he forgot. Or maybe they didn’t pay attention to the red tape or cared enough to check the stain after it was done washing, maybe that’s just a waste of their time.
I don’t ask for a whole lot, but when you’re not transparent enough to post prices, then I expect nothing but the best. The best isn’t here, and I can’t recommend these cleaners. Go elsewhere if getting your clothes clean is your priority.

If you are looking for a dry cleaner that does it all then you have found it. I have never had a problem there and the turn around time is great. They also have pickup and delivery. VIP Service makes it easy to drop off and get out quickly. There are always coupons for discounts on their website. I like how they all wear uniforms so it looks more professional than most dry cleaners. Friendly atmosphere!

Absolutely The Best dry cleaners I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I’ve been a loyal customer for 11 years. I frequent this location a least one a week. I’m extremely particular about how my 100% cotton white designer dress shirts are cleaned, starched and presented. In the rare instances when there’s a problem or delay, the location manager makes it right; to Your satisfaction.
