Rose Marie was very nice and accommodating. She sat with us for almost an hour trying to figure out the prefect frame to go on our paintings. We settled on something that would fit beautifully.

What a wonderful experience! From design to delivery, it was first class. As silly as it sounds, framing places intimidate me. I know nothing about matting, frame size, color or choices in material. Last time I ventured into a frame shop I was happy with the result but I had no input and the whole process was an up-​sell pitch.
Randy and Rose-​Marie helped me with 8 pieces last month and I’ll be bringing more in soon. Ever tell the ‘sales rep’ what you want and wonder if even half of what you discussed was heard? Anxious to see if your project looks anything like you envisioned? Lol. Not here.
Oh, while you’re there you may run into or make a new friend. The friendly environment had customers talking with each other every time I was there. Love the small town integrity and professionalism.

When my wife and daughters are waiting to meet some cast member from Teen Wolf at Comic-​Con, it gives me lots of idle time to shop the floor. I’m usually pretty well behaved until I came across this amazing Empire Strikes Back print by Lawrence Noble. Signed. With a Boba Fett remarque. Numbered ¹⁷⁄₅₀. She was less than thrilled…
Fast forward 10 months and it’s still sitting perfectly wrapped, away from sunlight and any human contact. So what does she do? Takes it to FASTFRAME as a Fathers Day gift.
Randy helped her and seemed just as thrilled about the print as I was. That was a direct quote from my 12 year old daughter who is the least excited member of the family about things like this.
He walked them through options, finding the perfect combinations that really brings out the colors of this work of art. How good was it? My wife thought we should turn the office into a Star Wars themed room with this as the focal point.
What shows their true professionalism was the thank you card we received a week later.
I’m now shopping for a TFA print but only on the condition we’re bringing it back here to get framed!

I bought my husband a 3 silhouette print of our children, (something he had wanted since they were born) and took it to the one place I trusted to frame it — FASTFRAME. They were incredibly knowledgable and helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect frame for something so precious and valuable. Did a great job in framing my son’s wedding ketubah for a holiday gift. Did I mention I brought it to them only a few days before Christmas??? Not a problem! The beautiful piece was ready in 2 days… perfect, my son and daughter in law love it and it matches their home beautifully. Couldn’t be more pleased! The thank you note I received later was like…“who does that anymore”? A nice touch… don’t ever stop! Great quality work.

I’m talking about a photograph that I needed preserved for a long time. The presentation needs to be something that will be talked about, simple yet elegant. You can tell how much someone cared by the quality of the framing.
Randy and Rose Burzynski were on the receiving end of my request. As I walked in the door, they were both behind the counter and you know what? They were really nice. Absolutely nice…
Strangely Nice. (that was from my lapd background)… But, their being nice was not made up. That is who I deduced they were by the end of our time together.
They asked all the right questions. They talked about their process with regard to the mounting. The spoke with me about options and they were able to show me how the «framed» photo would look after the mounting had been completed.
Ok — I’m sold. I know, you know, you can put your photos on an iphone — You can view them on an iPad — but there is nothing like holding a framed photograph in your hand. Remember when that was the only choice? Call them — they are absolutely wonderful…

We had a large map (40×60) that needed framing. After researching several options, we decided to check out FASTFRAME based on the amazing Unilocal reviews. Needless to say, Rosemarie and Randy did not disappoint. They make you feel like you are the most important customer that walked through their doors. After going over the work, we explained that my brother’s truck is out of commission at the moment so we were not sure when we can bring our piece in. Without hesitation Rosemarie offered to help. Later that day we got a call from Randy and he came to our house. And this was all without any payment or official agreement to do the work — amazing right? We returned to the store to finalize the details AND they again offered to deliver the finished piece if the truck was not ready (wow). We left with no doubts that we were in excellent hands.
We returned a couple weeks later to see the finished framed map and it exceeded our expectations. We were eager to get it home, but my brother’s truck was still in the shop. Once again, Randy and Rosemarie went out of their way to ensure delivery to our home. Did I mention that we were not charged for pick-​up and delivery? Seriously, who does that anymore?!
Then a few days later we received a lovely handwritten thank you card.
It’s so rare nowadays to experience such customer service, unless you’re making a major purchase like a car, house or spending ridiculous amounts of money on frivolous things. Randy and Rosemarie truly set the standard for business owners. We won’t go elsewhere for our framing needs!

We had a fantastic experience at Fast Frame. They were VERY reasonably priced, and they completed our order a week early. Our products look amazing; we couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship.

Referred by the photographer I walked into Fast Frame. Husband and wife team that were down to earth people. Worked with me for probably an hour or more to find just the right frame, matting, size, reveal, color. I didn’t expect such service. They have this really amazing camera system that shoots your piece of art and then they put it up on their screen to show you an idea of what the finished product would look like. This enabled us to change several different things right up front and the result was total perfection. I got watery eyes when I went to pick it up yesterday as it came out beyond my expectations! Great experience, great results. :o)

First of all, the owners Randy and Rosemarie are absolutely lovely individuals, the best of humans you will ever have the pleasure to meet. They welcomed me warmly and I was charmed from entering their beautiful gallery: Impeccable work, attention to detail, and wonderful technology in place allowing you to see the finished matted/​framed project (rather than try to guess about an L-​shaped set of samples). They were able to make an almost-​wrecked sentimental poster look new, with special mounting, and delighted me with a personalized piece (genius marketing) at pickup. I gasped at their thoughtfulness and excellence, truly! For all the businesses and individuals I have consulted with across the country, these two absolutely understand customer service, and how to make an impression. Do yourself a favor and start patronizing this business, among the finest I have encountered anywhere!

«The store is better than I expected» was my response when Randy asked me «how *did* you find our store?» I heard the question as «how *do* you find our store?» :) Anyways, Randy and Rose-​Marie are a perfect example for a great customer service. They are both very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. And the store *is* better than I expected :) This is the place to go to for custom framing.

I had an unusual request when I called Fast Frame and spoke with Randy over the phone. Last year I had purchased some expensive fairy wings from a boutique for Halloween as part of my costume. The wings have very earthy tones/​colors in them (blue, green, off white) and go along with colors I use in my room so didn’t want them just sitting in a closet but wanted to somehow incorporate them into room as art. I had a friend make a shadow box for them but was unhappy with the background board which was plain white.
Asked Randy if he could replace the background with a different color, basically taking the shadow box a part. At first I was looking at special paper but Randy and Rose-​Marie suggested a matte instead. After looking at several, we came across one that was perfect. In less than two weeks I had my new shadow box with a cool matte background and they even secured the back and gave me bolts to hang it. Great service and great people!

Amazing customer service! FastFrame was the third place I went to drymount my nursery baby prints (after Aaron Brothers and Michaels) and they were by far the best. Not only were they the best (and most reasonably) priced but they also blew the competition away with their customer service. They answered my questions over the phone (which Aaron Brothers and Michaels would not do) and remembered my name when I came in. The atmosphere on the inside looks far fancier than other places so it is easy to think that they are more expensive, do not be fooled however, they really do have the best prices! I hardly ever give five stars but this place deserves it!

I have had a few paintings and photos of mine, or some that I have purchased framed by a few different companies in my lifetime. Being an artist, you learn early, that if you make you art out of low quality materials, your work will only become less than mediocre. So the question I have is, if you have spent a lot of money on a piece of art that you love, or even creating your own, why not spend a little more on a good frame?
Yeah, you can go to a mega-​mart and buy some cheap frame that may or not fit properly. You might find something that is almost the right color, or even the correct thickness. Did you know that certain frame materials can ruin your art? Will a mega-​mart minimum wage employee know what is best for a piece of art that is worth more than their weeks paycheck?
I was lucky to have met Randy Burzynski, one of the owners of my local «FastFrame» store, at a chamber of commerce meeting that I attended over a year ago. He was a very warm and welcoming individual, that seemed very interested in me and my line of work. After chatting a while with him, I wanted to check out his store once I had something I needed framed.
Just recently, my wife and I took a plunge while we at Walt Disney’s California Adventure’s Off the Page art Gallery. We got ourselves a Giclee of Buzz and Woody from Toy Story called, «Strange Things Are Happening.» It was a limited edition print, and it was designed so that you did not need to frame it. The problem is, the rest of our art was framed. So I took my print to Randy the day after I brought the print home.
Randy took his time with me. We discussed what my vision was, and I asked him for his professional opinion. He had informed me that I might want a border surrounding the print for a few reasons. One, the wood frames have acid in them, and they could over time, react with the paintings, and prints. By having that white canvas wrapped border would not only help make the picture pop more, it helped draw your eye in cause it made the frame a little deeper. We picked out a shadow box sized wood frame to flush the print’s back to the wall with the extra thickness of the added border.
Randy set up the sample frame, border and my print on his front counter, and took a digital picture. After a few moments, on large screen monitor, there was an image of what my final product would look like with a full frame and border. Most people have a hard time visualizing what the final product will look like, and this will cure any doubt you might have about how the picture will look after it is done. I was now even more excited to have my print framed!
We filled out the paperwork and exchanged some moneys. Randy handed my a pamphlet with all my paperwork and receipts and told me the estimated time to complete the project could take up to two weeks depending on the supplies from the distributor. I assured me that the type of items I ordered, it should not take that long at all. After one work week of chomping on my nails in anticipation, Randy calls me to let me know Buzz and Woody were ready to come home!
I raced over to store to pick them up.
Randy pulls them out from the back, and it is gorgeous. It was so stunning. On the back they affixed a heavy duty plastic coated wire to the frame. Not only was it strong, it would not scratch my walls or even me when hanging it. The letter of authenticity was mounted on the back with a see-​through sleeve enclosed with the painting. Below that was a sticker telling me that I had it framed at their place of business, and who framed it.
I was very proud of the work that Rose-​Marie, (Randy’s wife and business partner) did and I know she was too with her handwritten name on the back label. When I got home and mounted it to my wall directly behind my large sofa, I took a picture of it in it’s current location and emailed it to Randy and his wife showing them how happy I was with their work.
If you need a frame done for anything, please consider Randy and Rose-​Marie at FastFrame. Not only are they reasonable, but they work with many local artists. They have a wall in their store, where they rotate local artist’s work to show off their work. If I need anything framed, there is only one place I will go now.

I visited a few other framing places first, to see how FastFrame compares in the pricing department. I had a 50% off coupon from Michael’s and found that FastFrame’s regular price was only a few dollars more than the 50% off price.
After spending some time with Randy, I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted the final product to look like. He helped me pick out the frame and color scheme and the final result is amazing! Not only was the product quality higher than expected, the quality of customer service was unbeatable.
This item was a gift and I had intricate requests to ensure this is perfect… I will only go here moving forward for framing as the quality and comfort of knowing what product I receive will outnumber that of a lesser qualified company.
