Established in 2004.

Dan Felico goes by many titles — Mortgage Broker, Loan Guy, Lending Professional, Loan Officer, Bank, Lender and so on.

He started back in 2004 as a loan processor, and then within a year was originating and helping people on his own.

He truly cares about each and every person he meets and takes it as his personal responsibility to follow through on his promises and his transactions. This makes him stand out in a world of «me first» attitudes with loan officers.

We are looking to purchase an investment property and because of our awesome experience with Dan in the past, we contacted him again with our new venture.
Unfortunately for us, the property we were looking at is outside of Cali so he’s not able to complete the process with us.
Instead, he went above and beyond by giving us an idea of what we could expect and even put us in contact with a company to help us out.

Dan helped up with our mortgage refinance. I have to say we had the most amazing experience with him. He was knowledgable, patient and very honest. He answered all our questions and gave us lots of tips as far as how we can save money. We where in the process of refinancing with another lender and my wife’s daughter gave us a heads up on Dan Felico (Amerifund) on what a great experience they had with him. Well we also had a great experience! I found him to be very knowledgeable and a person of integrity which is so hard to find these days. The whole process went very smooth from start to finish and we locked in the % rate and Dan kept us informed with any updates and in fact he called us from Hawaii while he and his family were on vacation and as Sonia P we give him 2 thumbs up and thank you Dan you ROCK!!!

Dan was our rocking loan officer! He was the best anyone could ask for. My boyfriend and I set up an appointment with him to see if we could afford to purchase a home instead of renting. We where in the process of refinancing with another bank, when a friend told us that Dan was a great loan agent!
And believe me, our friend does his homework when it comes to loans, cause he’s a Real estate agent!
He gave Dan our number, and said you have nothing to loose!
Dan called us a few days later, and we asked a lot of questions! Well, we decided to go with him! He made the refi process so easy! He’s honest dependable and keeps you informed every step of the way!

I have refinance a few times before and have experienced a number of frustrations mainly because my loan was VA. It seem that I was constantly looking for documentation or the agent just wasn’t knowledgeable for that particular loan. My experience with Daniel was so fast because everything was done electronically. I literally needed about 4 documents and in about two weeks I was signing paper work. Four days latter I was funded. Daniel was honest, informative, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He was also very fun to work with.
I’m saving money with such a low interest loan now and with hardly any money was needed to close or added to the loan.
