Very poor customer service. I placed an order and waited about 20 min for a super star combo. I approached the counter to ask and they have not even started making my food. No respect for the customer’s time. Slow service. No bueno.

I must say I dont usually expect great customer from a fast food restaurant but this experience was wonderful and the girl at the register Nadia was very pleasant and should be commended for her awesome attitude and service. She seemed very happy to take my order and even made a great suggestion with the fresh baked bun on my burger which made a big difference as my famous star was delicious. If Nadia’s boss is listening give her a raise and hire more people like her. Happy customer…

Came to this location and basically it sucks totally bad. Customer service in the drive thru takes too long. The girl who took my order was not paying attention at all. Before she comes to the window to give me my food she goes ahead and text someone on the phone. What’s up with the people who does not pay attention. The night manager just sat there and didn’t do anything. Fair warning to the people who goes here do not come at night time.

Not the best experience tonight. Went there with my daughter to get food to bring home. They forgot the fries so we went back to get them. They gave me cold nasty ones as a replacement. Didnt notice till I got home. Daughters burger with her kids meal was basically cold and disgusting. Must have been off the shelf or something? And to top it off her lemonade was just water??? Not sure if the team just gave up or what. Ive eaten here a couple of times for lunch and never really had any issues. Hopefully they clean it up.

Girl in charge of the drive thru sucks. She is so rude! They should just close. Or fire that girl. The doesn’t deserve to work in any field if she’s gonna be that rude. Maybe having a bad day, but not an excuse to act up on PAYING customers.

I see the older adults are a little iffy about so many kids from both Valencia ANDOFL being at this particular fast food restaurant. Well, I’m 21 so I really could care less. It’s definitely a pretty convenient place to go after a football game, during lunch hour or after a school dance. If you don’t like dealing with teenagers then that’s your problem. I mainly come here if my parents want me to get food for them. Between this and the McDonalds on Decoro, I’d rather get food here. That’s just personal preference. Most of the time we get good service, except one time where we had to wait awhile for our order. This place gets four stars for what happened tonight though. Usually when I order food for me and my parents, I have to walk home carrying two bags. The cashier this time around actually placed the two paper bags in a plastic bag which made things so much easier to carry! I didn’t even ask so that was really nice. Overall, I usually get good service here and quick at that. Pretty much everyone is nice. Except for that lame security guard. But whatever. Overall, it’s a good fast food place that’s close to my house and easy to get food from.

I never like writing reviews like this, but I feel compelled… We went there today to get a couple of kids meals at the drive thru and I asked the lady if she could split the bill(we wanted to pay separately) we are moms and needed some change. It’s not that hard to do it, I myself was a server and bartender and I know it’s not that big of a deal. Even if it was you shouldn’t roll your eyes at me. I was never rude or demanding, as I asked very nicely. If you don’t like your job work somewhere else! Not to mention you forgot to give us straws! Thanks a lot lady. Horrible service! Won’t be back.

Went there for lunch with my daughter. Briana was very helpful with substituting blue cheese with swiss cheese on the latest Portobello Mushroom burger. She got our orders correctly. Didn’t like the 1.00 per transaction for debit cards. Not the employee fault, it’s the way the process orders. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger kids meal. The toy that comes with it is really interesting. It was a bird. My 7 year old didn’t like how it was made of – it tears apart easily. She likes her food though. My portobello mushroom. It was not delicious as I thought. The bun was overly toasted. The taste was average but the portion is big. I got a 1⁄3 pound. I was full the while day. The hand pick ice cream ding dongs was delicious. Nice dessert after eating oily meals but do know this packs calories too. So eat this as a treat, not a daily dose. The store is well lit, spacious and students come there to eat. The visuals were enticing, well lit and eat one is described uniquely so you don’t misunderstand one burger from the other. Overall, nice to visit for a quick bite and you’re really hungry. If you want to treat yourself after eating healthy, this is worth checking it out.

The worst customer service ever. Placed a to go order, filled cup with root beer, got a cup of light brown soda water. Told the woman behind the counter, she shrugged and said she’d take care of it «when I have a chance.» Then she calls me to pick up my order, asks if I’d like anything else, I say«yeah, a drink.» She acts put out and tells me she said she’d fix it when she has time, so I shove my food back to her and say«I need a refund and your boss’ phone number.» She starts whining about how she said she’d fix it, I tell her I don’t have time to stand around waiting for that, and that she fucked up by not doing her job, at which point the belligerent security guard starts his macho posturing and tells me I have to leave. «Not without my refund,» I say. He goes on about how I can’t talk to «his workers» that way. Basically, everybody who works here has spent so much time dealing with the obnoxious high school students who fill the place that they have forgotten how to treat adult customers. Absolutely the worst. They all need to be fired.

Food was decent at best, the problem at this location however is the line and the people there… Since it is right next to Valencia high school, the place is always filled with punk teenagers messing around. In fact it got so bad, this place even hired a security guard to «watch over» this place… Wouldn’t recommend. Go to the one off of Lyons instead.

I wish the people that work at this Carl’s Jr. would clean their toilets and bathrooms they smell terrible. As a matter of fact you can even smell the bathrooms while you’re sitting in the restaurant trying to eat.

Not really a great fan of this place. If you are hungry and need fast then they fit the bill. Otherwise a PBJ at home is much more pleasing. And, I hate the ads. Discussing watching people slob and stuff food into their faces. That alone is enough to make me skip this place.

Not a bad location. Service and food was good for the hour we went. We went in pretty late and close to closing so I can rate them for their day rush. We went in with four adults and four kids and we all ate for $ 40. Cured out burger cravings that we had itching us at home. Yes I am crazy but hey, we eat as we live. If anyone reads this review to the end, send me a shout!

I find the employees kind of annoying, and they close early, but they’re right next to my house. :/definitely not the best. Oh yeah, and don’t press«debit» because they charge you.

Zero stars!!! This is one of the worst ran places I’ve ever been too. I went to the drive thru here for dinner and had to wait 30 mins. to order. When I did the guy said, «what do you want?» No lie. I placed my order and waited another 20 mins. to get my food. No hello, no sorry for the wait. When I got home the fries were cold and my turkey burger was frozen. I filed a complaint to corporate and they informed me I would get a call. 2 months later and nothing. I filed another complaint and got ignored completely this time. Now not only do I not go to this Carl’s, but I stopped eating at all of them.

way too many punk, juvenile, «cool» druggy kids here never go mon-fri between 11 – 4 unless you want to be harrassed by the kids and their ciggarette or weed smoke or if u want your car keyed

The Carl’s Jr. 99 cent Big Burger may be the best fast-food deal going. It’s a Whopper-size patty with copious amounts of mustard and ketchup, which actually enhance the grilled beef taste. No lettuce, no tomato, no frills. And it’s 99 cents! Just be sure to ask for«no onion» as the pungent flavor of sliced raw onion ruins the purity of this simple savory treat.
