Be careful folks when you return your rental car. At first me and my wife are very comfortable because the availability and prices of the rental cars are really competitive. We rented a 12 passenger van over the weekend for our Mammoth family outing. Before I returned the van I gas up at Circle K in McBean Pkwy which is 2.1 miles away to BestWay. The nozzle was set to auto stop and I removed the nozzle after it stopped meaning it is filled up already. Paid $ 57.73 for 19.9 gals. However, when I returned the van Robert said the gas tank is ¾ full only so I decided to find a nearby gas stn to fill it up again until gas is really spilling out of the tank as they charge $ 4+ per gal. You know what — I was able to add 2.2gal or $ 6.55 which is less than $ 25+ of what they might have charged me for ¼ gas lack shortage. For people who don’t have time to go back to gas up will just pay whatever the amount is. Good thing I am on vacation. This is one of their tricks to make money so be careful. Will not recommend this place. Avis or Enterprise are still the best in town and are professional to treat their customers. Been renting cars for over 10 yrs for our business trips and this crap is my first experience.

Went online to rent a pick-​up truck to haul a loveseat I bought. I had checked out U-​haul and Home Depot for rental, but this was the best price and they have 100 miles driving as part of the rental. Since I needed it only for the day and local pickup and delivery of the furniture this was a great option for me.
I went to get the vehicle which was no issue and almost no waiting. Staff is all friendly. The pick-​up truck was not a new model, but it worked fine with no issues and I would definitely rent from them again for moving and vehicles. Great value and you don’t have to drive down to Burbank airport. They have after hour drop box too.

Bestway on Creekside in Santa Clarita is the Best on Price and Service. I needed a car while mine was in the shop so I compared prices and Bestway had the other guys beat by $ 5 per day. Robert had the paperwork done and a car ready for me within about 5 minutes. This location is my go-​to for car rental!

This turned out to be the best deal in getting my boxes to Amtrak for a cross country move. Great price. Good service and they even picked me up to get my rental.

My car was stolen and Bestway was able to set me up fast with a rental at a great price. They did a thorough inspection of the car before turning it over to me making sure to mark everything. Would go back!

I needed to rent a car ASAP because my truck was in the shop. Best way helped me super fast. I was in and out within 20 minutes! Everyone was super nice and friendly. I recommend them to rent a car anyday. :)

This place was the only place in the SCV that I am aware of opened to the public on a Sunday. So I choose them souly for that reason.
I went to the website because it was after hours when I went looking for places to rent from. Made my reservation without «ever» being prompted to provide a credit card. I even received a confirmation e-​mail stating I had a reservation. Went to pick up my rental at the specified time I gave and was told that because I didn’t provide a credit card there was no reservation.
I reserved my rental for a time period of one month to the same day next month and it was quoted as a rental for four weeks and serveral days. When I tried to request the same length of time. The manager started arguing with me over what I was going to get. Told him then I don’t need no hassle from you people. And that I wanted my rental from the 22^nd to the 22^nd. Regardless of what I said and what I wanted. He still proceeded to tell me what was to be. And that if I want the rental to those exact dates. I could only have to call and extend it those few days. Again not what I was will nor wanting to have to do in dealing with his poor customer appreciatation.
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART ABOUT THIS PLACE. The manager himself failed to inform me at the time of renting that there would not only being a temporary charge to my credit for that month ($ 1200) BUT THAT FOR THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE AGREEMENT THERE WOULD BE A DEPOSIT OF $ 500 ON TOP OF WHAT I WOULD PAY. Because of his inability to inform me I imediately returned the rental. As I was very suspicious of there ability excerize legitimate busniess prsctices. So to sum it up. I had a temporary charge of $ 1200. A untold to me charge of $ 500 that would have stayed on the whole length of the rental.
When I went to return the rental same day. I was again charge another $ 1200. So just for walking in here this place has tried up $ 2900 of my credit. I have been in touch with whom I do banking with Wells Fargo. To dispute this place’s of busniess shady practices and the harming of me.
To top it all off I was given a receipt for my few hours use of there car. Thankfully I was prompted to review my accounts after coming here. Thus my reason for returning the car. HOWEVER WHEN I GOT MY RECEIPT IT WAS FOR $ 76.90. YET THIS PLACE CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR $ 77.0. Guess we’ll see how that last charge goes.
So please consider all I have said and decide if your willing to be worked over for no gain of use at this facility.

Fast efficient and affordable. Best of all they are open on Sundays which beats the heck out of 90% of car rental places out there. I don’t know if the guy working behind the counter owns the place, but I got that impression by the way I was treated as a customer.

So Unilocal removed the first review I did of this company because it didn’t meet guidelines. Which it didn’t. I was so mad that I Unilocaled them right as I got off the phone with zero details included in my review. So, let me be more clear:
I needed to move some stuff from Long Beach to Valencia. It was easier to get the van from the Valencia area then to have to do a round trip back down to Long Beach. While trying to explain this to the manager who answered the phone, he immediately said I needed to use someone from Long Beach. Really? Do you not want any business?
Anyway…so as I continued to explain what I was needing to do, he gave me pricing & mileage info and it seemed we were good to go — except that he still had a bit of an attitude. Then, as a previous Unilocaler stated, he discriminated over the phone and maybe assumed I didn’t have enough money to have a credit card. He must have said «you need a major credit card to rent from here, NOT a debit card, do you understand that?» at least 3 times. Finally I copped attitude back and said «if I didn’t have a CREDIT CARD, I wouldn’t be calling to rent from you!» Well apparently he can’t receive what he dished out because he immediately said «you know what, we have no vans for YOU to rent here, goodbye!»
So, in closing, do not rent from them. They are the worst place ever! Rude rude rude!

Horrible business, I called a head of time to make sure I had everything I needed so I wasn’t left stranded at this rental place and that’s exactly what happened. On top of that the guy was incredibly rude argued semantics instead of providing good customer service. I brought the utility bill that was asked to show residency and he refused to accept it because it wasn’t to his liking. I will never recommend this place nor will I go back!

Great business. I’ve been using these guys since back when they were in Newhall. They take care of their customers. Definitely recommend to anyone. Prices are great and the staff is really cool.

I came here after getting the old bait n switch from Enterprise (across the street from them) for the last time.
I walked out of Enterprise in a time crunch to get a small SUV for the weekend and Bestway came through for me. Nice people, fast service and reasonable fees.
