This office is so unorganized and uneducated. They had me drive all the way to porter ranch because «the valencia office was booked» then had me waiting 45 mins to see Dr Raskin who is a total idiot. I also have seen Barbra before and she’s very uneducated as well. This medusa is the worst one in all of Los Angeles. Don’t go here. Save your money.

Update: They still suck and because of their screw up my husband’s credit was hit and we’re having a hard time getting a loan for the house we are trying to buy. This place needs to be shut down!!!

I have been going to see Dr. Rasking for over 8 years. He has performed Mohs Surgery on my ear, and I have regular check ups with him for continuous Skin Cancer issues. Great personality and service, Thumbs up all the way.

I had been going to their office for years seeing Eva for my Botox needs, and she was awsome! I followed her to their new location and received great treatment. Until the office staff talked me into using a new RN named Barbara. They assured me she specialized in Botox and Eva was not available. I showed up for my appointment which I waited 45 min for, saw Barbara and explained I was very concerned about getting droopy eyelids, and she reassured me that was not going to happen. She used a different tequnique which worried me but she was the «expert» so I didn’t question it. Well guess what? She drooped my eyelids and eyebrows so bad I couldn’t wear eyeliner for 2 months! I called within a week to the office and they assured me it could me fixed, and didnt seemed concerned. A week later they got me in to Barbara who couldn’t fix her mistake. Do you think I even got a call from their office asking me if Im ok or if it got any better? Or maybe an Im so sory we messed up your face for two months while it wears of? Hell no! Nothing at all. I went in there to look better not worse! Dont get any injections done by Barbara… Go to Eva or anyone else you trust!

I went in for a screening. The nurse mapped out and made notations of all the areas that needed checking. Then Dr. Raskin came in and looked at them except for one on my breast (I am a breast cancer survivor.) When I reminded him of that one, he said «oh make another appointment to come back & have that one looked at.» He acted as if my time was worth nothing & my concerns were unimportant. He has no bedside manor. From another personal past experience with mole removal by him, I was prepped for the procedure & left lying on the table in the procedure room on my stomach for at least 40 min. waiting for him… again, my time & comfort of no importance. It’s time to go back for another screening and my insurance only refers to that group, I am hoping to see another decent Dr. in the group???

New office is fantastic, much better parking and since the office is so big, the wait times are way better. The staff is consistent and customer service is top notch. I would reccomend this office to anyone.

I made an appointment with dr. Raskin for my mother on a Thursday, but when we came in, the front desk told us that dr. Raskin deos not see patients on Thursdays! They sent us to dr. Abrishamy, another doctor at the same office. He took biopsy, then sent us home. (There wasn’t any need to do so, since my mother had been there before for the same problem). After three weeks, we got a letter, saying to go back for a treatment. So we had to go back and have the treatment, however the area treated never got any better, in fact it got even worse. We went to see a different doctor, who took care of the mess left by dr Abrishamy. He took his time to xray the area and treat it with care.
Don’t waist your time going to dr Raskin’s dermatology practice.
It’s not worth your time, nor money.
