This is the worst Walgreens location I’ve ever been to. The cashiers up front are sometimes friendly. Sometimes they don’t even greet or acknowledge your presence as you walk in. The pharmacy staff is even worse. The worst of the worst. If you are going to get your prescriptions filled here, plan to wait at least a minimum of 5 minutes before even getting acknowledged… even though they see you standing there. I would not mind waiting if I could at least get a «Hey, I’ll be with you in just a second!» The pharmacy techs have terrible attitudes and act like they hate their jobs. Every receipt from there has a survey on it… I’ve sent at least 6 regarding the pharmacy staff and I’ve seen no change. I switched from Walmart pharmacy to Walgreens because Walmart had such a long wait time and very long lines. But I’d rather wait in a line for 10+ minutes for nicer pharmacy staff. Like another reviewer said, the staff isn’t very knowledgable and have messed up several times with my prescriptions and account. I even called ahead of time once to fix the problem, and it still happened when I showed up later to pick up my order, causing me to have to wait 30 more minutes. To sum it up, just don’t even bother with this store.

Check out is always fast and it’s nice to just run in and grab a few things if you don’t have to make a big stop. They have a lot of good items to choose from. I’m not hugely fond of the pharmacy. Most of the time the workers back there always seem rushed and not very friendly. y experience with the pharmacy hasn’t always been bad but has been more times than not. Great store though!

Horrible service. The cashiers up front are nice enough, but the workers in the pharmacy department are the absolute pits. And I hope they don’t try and excuse their behavior by talking about how hard they work and what they have to put up with. If Walmart, who sees many more customers, can manage personable and friendly pharmacy attendants, then Walgreens can as well. The last time I was here, the tech messed up and told me that they didn’t carry my medication in the prescribed dose. I had to drive back to my doctor’s office(the phone lines go to an answering machine after a certain time) and get another script only to find out that it was correct… it just doesn’t have a generic version in that dose. Now why this tech didn’t know that… or the supervisor she pulled over to the computer for a second opinion… is beyond me. What really gets my goat though is her attitude. Not apologetic in the slightest. No, it’s no trouble driving there and back again for your mistake. :insert sarcasm here: I could deal with the jacked up prices. I could deal with the mistake. What I find unbearable is the consistently poor attitudes I find here. I don’t pay more to be treated like crap.
