BEWARE! I’ve never worked with such a lazy business before for my rental property. This company fails to communicate with property owners, and are hard to contact, even during business hours.
Allan Nagy, one of their property managers, seems to think he can do minimal work and blindside the property owners with mystery repair work and fails to report when the tenants do not pay their rent.
We needed to replace our air conditioner and Allan tried to force me into using his repair guy and an inferior brand. When we told him we decided on a Carrier unit and a different company to install the air conditioner, Allan became very unfriendly and hard to work with.
I do not live in the area and needed a reliable company that would be trustworthy and capable of managing my property efficiently. Unfortunately this company does not live up to that expectation.
When my contract is completed, I will not be renewing!
