I visited another I hop a few months ago after their new menu. So on I 75, went looking for an Ihop today. So the difference between a great and poor Ihop is service. Terri was our waitress, and was extra helpful, attentive and patient(one of our family is typically indecisive on ordering as compared to our son, who always knows what he wants). Tenderloin tips for wife, double BLT for son, turkey sandwich for me, and two of the summer special combos for the girls. All very good. Shout out for the grits, yeah one daughter likes grits.

Rena was our server and was very attentive. Loved the Harvest Grain Pancakes with warm syrup. Under new ownership and management.

Walked in around 11pm after Wild Adventures all day and was starving. People standing in entry, not a single employee came to the front. Stood there for a good 3 minutes before more people came in and we still hadn’t been greeted. We walked out and went to Denny’s.

Chelsea was our waitress and we never had an awkward moment, a misunderstanding or absenteeism. The food was good, warm and served quickly. We made special request for chicken only(as a take-out dish, going back to the hotel with us after our meals), and were pleasantly surprised when offered some tenders as an a la carte item for only $ 4. It’s hit or miss with some of these national chains, but this location is a hit! They also have WiFi!

Standard breakfast fare. Clean. Good service. But how can you have a pancake house and not have maple syrup?

Very good food, decent service. I got my plate fast and the food was cooked perfect. Bigger than I commonly get at other IHOPs too. It was just after lunch and it was about to be a shift change. It took a minute to be seated, but that was fine. My order was taken quickly, but she was a-wall on getting more water and getting the check. If I could only take off half a star I would. Worth the stop.

I came in with a party of 10 people. There was no wait, and ordered our food. It went downhill starting with our orders being incorrect. My order was fine but two people’s orders came later. One person’s pancakes was nice and fluffy while another person’s order was overcooked. My friend ordered pancakes and an chicken fiesta omelette. The strawberry pancake was perfect but it took 10 minutes for her omelette and it was wrong. At this point, everybody was finished with their meal so she went ahead and cancelled it. The server was not tentative, beverages weren’t refilled and it took awhile for her to bring condiments people asked for. The server seemed frustrated actually. It things weren’t awkward enough, the server and the cooks in the back were arguing I’m guessing about the issues with our order. Either way, I won’t be back to this location.

When we walked into IHOP, there was no one there to seat us. I was very disappointed in that. After we were seated, I had to keep looking for my server for more water. The server only came to our table about two times and I was annoyed by that. When I was served my pancakes, they brought them on the smallest plate that they could fit on. I was displeased with my service at IHOP. I don’t think I will come back anytime soon.

Disappointed. Second time we were never checked on to see if we wanted more pancakes. Why offer endless pancakes if they never bring or offer you more. Plus the pancakes here are flat and over cooked. Our waiter simply disappears and doesn’t come back until they bring the check and you’ve been waiting for some time and at that point you just want to leave. Only IHOP in town so unfortunately there is no other option.

The only ihop in town. Really shines when other places are closed. The service is average and it’s basically on the southern edge of town but I’ll venture down there over stopping at a waffle house.

Although we came in to have dinner rather late and close to their closing time, the staff was very attentive, friendly, and got us our food right away. Everything was delicious and a good bargain for a family of four. Lots of choices on the kids’ menu, as well. Great for the flyby traveler on the go looking for something more than fast food to eat.
