History

Established in 1992.

I started out as young skinny guy at the age of 20 swinging a hammer framing homes in Eagan, MN in 1988.

Since that time I have evolved with Twin Cites housing market to become a new home advisory and in-​home consultant (which is always FREE)

At the core of what I do is help people to make good business decisions about the single largest investment their life, their home. Whether its how much to spend on a remodeling project or how to list a home that sells; be assured I will always have your best interest at the forefront of any negotiation or advise I give. In my opinion its not always about the money but being able to relay solid information for people to make good decisions.

Over 22 years of experience in the Twin Cities Housing Market.

Attended St Paul Tech 1989 in the carpentry program. Worked with the areas leading builders framing homes and managing projects.

Attended the University of MN in 1994 and earned a BS in Marketing. From that education I built a solid consulting business and one of the Twin Cities premier constructions companies focusing in a «Building Fun Stuff»

As an investor bought and sold numerous properties in the Twin Cites.

The main focus of my career right now is real estate. Helping people buy and sell homes. So there is so much information out there I believe its important to share this information with people. Its important to remember that there are always 2 sides of every transaction. Make sure you have your own representation or as I would say your own advocate.
