If you value your time and you expect professional conduct from your pharmacy’s staff, consider filling your prescription somewhere else. I was told that it would be an hour to have my prescriptions filled. That was five hours and four separate visits to the pharmacy ago.

I came in expecting my wedding photos done without issue. A very friendly Shift Lead named Scott informed me that he couldn’t sell me the photos without a copyright release form. He told me that I needed to bring a paper copy of that form to the store and after that, I would be good to go. He really presented a simple and easy solution to me saving a lot of money having the photos reproduced. If you ever have a customer service issue, just have them call Scott. He’ll take care of you. :)

Pharmacist was a bit bad tempered and kept saying the pharmacy I have had prescriptions filled at were going to be audited because they interpreted instructions differently than she did(never asked to get clarification or to fix after clarification). Definitely will be shopping elsewhere.

This store has the least useful management, and e is certainly not friendly. The staff seems a bit slow and will finish their conversation with people while a line builds up. They had one guy there that was slow but his personality was wonderful and he always looked out for deals for the customer. I don’t really think highly of staging and customer service but the store is neat and clean so. I guess that’s why I gave it 2 stars.

This Vacaville Walgreens is always kept clean and organized. There’s one particular staff member there who was the most UNFRIENDLIEST person I’ve encountered in customer service! Scott, was just rude from beginning to end. Besides that, I usually always have pleasant interactions with the employees here.

Two factors influenced my rating: misleading prices and the employees. To get the advertised prices on a lot of items, you have to load coupons onto your walgreens card, so even though the tag says«with card» you still need to find a way to load the coupon. Second, the cashier was not nice at all had me re-enroll in walgreens for I’m not sure what reason. He said that I had not been in their program after he looked me up. Quota? Maybe. No greeting. No help. No friendly service. I’m definitely not returning to this Walgreens!

Okay, so I can admit when I am wrong. I’ve been back to this Walgreens pharmacy many times since my last review and they have really stepped up their game. i may have just gone in during peak times in the past, but it seems they have gotten things together. Stacey is awesome; I’m sure she deals with so much crap throughout the day, but every time I see her, she has a positive attitude. Hopefully the great service and experience I’ve had over the last few months will continue.

Service so bad I hung up the phone after wanting to claw my eyeballs out. Called in, punched in the right options to get to the photo department. Was put on hold, then someone picked up and I tried to explain I was on hold for photo and they’re not answering and they didn’t even let me finish they simply routed me back to the photo department. Went through this cycle twice more, only they didn’t ask if anyone had picked up, they simply put me on hold again. Someone finally picks up the phone and says hello. I had to ask if they’re photo department or not, to which she says yes. Ok, they can finally answer my question now. I explain to them I have an aunt who isn’t technology savy and will require physically going into the store to have pictures printed from either a CD or DVD that she loads into their kiosk in-store. I ask if there is a MB size limit per file and also if there are any disk limits and/or issues with what type of disk I use(CD or DVD). While asking my question she interrupted me twice, as if she was busy and didn’t want to deal with hearing my question in it’s entirety. After finally getting her to understand her response was that it should work. I clarify and ask what do you mean it works? Can I give her a DVD with a 4.7 gb capacity, or does it have to be a 700 mb CD? Her exact response was«I think so.» I pause for a second and gather my thoughts and reply«I need to know what type of disks will work with your kiosk in-store, that’s my reason for calling. I need to be certain before giving my aunt a disk with pictures on it that may or may not load properly to your kiosk.» She immediately says let me find someone who knows for sure and puts me on hold again. Just like the guy, she didn’t ask if she could place me on hold, was just an instant click and put back on hold. I hung up the phone after a minute because I didn’t have the capacity to continue this circus with them about what should honestly be a blatantly simple question they should know the answer to. I’m really thankful I use Costco for my pictures. They actually have a clue.

This is my go so pharmacy store. They have great prices and sales on make up and other beauty products. I can browse around this store for a while looking at everything. Helpful and friendly cashier.

I really like this store. Whenever I need anything and I don’t want to go to the big chain stores I come here because it’s nice and small and convenient. The workers are ok. They like to stay away from you except for one lady who works at the makeup counter she’s pretty nice and she always ask if you need help. I come here if I need makeup, toothpaste or even something small like hair accessories. This is the place to go. But since they’re small they’re also limited in items. But other than that, very convenient store to go to. Prices aren’t bad either. Their competitive in some ways but also very overpriced. So make sure you know a bargain when you see it.

The staff is friendly and caring of everyone customer. I had to transfer from another pharmacy and they helped me get into their system and were very helpful and nice about it, even though the information was confusing and kind of a hassle. I rate 4 star because of the lines. There has always been a line of at least 3 – 4 people ahead of me, any time of day that I come here. I have tried different times of day and it doesn’t matter, always a line. And usually only 1 person who is helping customers. This part definitely needs changing. Every time I am here there are people waiting in line with very sour attitudes because of the wait. I can’t blame them but I chose to not get upset, even though the line and the wait is annoying. At least the service once you actually get helped is excellent.

Im in love with their pharmacy. They have an app also so I can order, check and fill my percriopion from my phone, love it. They also have great deals on buy one get one free from make up to food :)

I went in to ask for the manager to see if he could show me personally how to use this expanding wiggly garden hose thingy that I purchased, but they said he was not in, something about being out at D505. Simple store, great hours but pharmacy isn’t 24hr. I think that could easily make this place 4 stars because of the location. I have to drive all the way to fairfield for a 24hr pharmacy and it is CVS. So walgreens loses my business when I need drugs. Line at pharmacy is usually long here when I get there, but typical of anytime after most people get off of work. Store is generally clean and staff is usually available is you have questions.

I find that the time of day determines the type of customer service I get. During the day, the employees seem to be focusing more on stock and cleaning than helping customers. Guess the ones that work during the day are shy? In the evenings later at night, the customer service is better. Always clean, can usually find any small items you might need suddenly when everything else is closed or you don’t want to drive too far(this location is very close to me compared to driving all the way out to 24hr Walmart in Vacaville, which is about a 10 min drive).

Employees seem annoyed with customers for interrupting their day. The store itself is a little run down: I think it’s pretty old. I have definitely been in nicer Walgreens before, but they usually have what I’m looking for.
