Vacaville Checker Cab

everyone at checker cab super nice to me. i am disable all drivers took care of me take home safe thank you for doing good job keep up good work.

My über disappeared last minute so I used this gem of a cab company! They arrived prompt and on time, he was also okay with waiting for me to finish getting ready another 10 minutes. It’s was $ 12.00 to go about 3 miles, cheaper in a n über but hey… there were none available.
Overall, if in the same predicament I would use this company again.

I ride with them frequently. Easy dispatching and nice drivers.

The cab that picked me up had 2 broken seat belts in the back seat; only the middle belt worked. The grills on the air vents were broken & the cover of the overhead light was missing, as was a bulb, &the ride was so bumpy, it’s my guess the shocks needed replacing! The door also didn’t close properly. NEVER AGAIN!

Needed as last minute ride before work so I called due to lyft not being available in Vacaville the lady on the phone was super nice and friendly. She seemed very happy! The driver arrived Verry fast and even came to the door and opened the car door for me! Not sure if they all accept cards but he had a square card reader. Will use them again in the future

Wow. I called for a cab at 11:30am and was told no problem, we’ll be there in 30 minutes… over an hour and ten minutes later, no-​show. Called in and they said it will be another 20 minutes. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY.

I called in to have a taxi from this company bring me to the Brenden theaters in Vacaville. I told the cab company very clearly during the phone call that I would not have a cell phone on me after the movie ended and I needed a cab to be outside the theater once the movie was finished. So, I scheduled two pick ups at separate times over the one phone call before they picked me up to drop me off at the theater. I informed the cab driver as well that I needed someone outside the theaters to pick me up after the movie at a very specific time just to make sure they understood. I was already nervous that they wouldn’t follow through. I even offered a tip to the next driver if they could follow through with my instructions.
I stood outside the theaters after the movie for 35 minutes and not one cab showed up to pick me up even though I was waiting outside before the time they were even supposed to show. If it wasn’t for the generosity of a gentlemen giving me a lift home, I would have had to walk all the way home half way across town in the middle of the dead night to get home not exactly knowing the way since I just moved to Vacaville. I’m extremely disappointed and angry in the service I was given by this cab company. My request was either completely ignored or was carelessly recorded. I don’t think I will ever be using this cab company again after this experience.

o, O What the heck are you talking about? What Starbucks card? I was not once contacted after being dropped off the first time. They had my information so I would have known if they actually did try to contact me. They even had my phone number recorded from the first time I called. I wasn’t once called once I managed to make it home in the next days that followed that week.
I told them to have a taxi outside the Brenden Theaters at an exact time. I walked outside even before that time and no one showed up. And you must have missed the part where I told the cab company that I wouldn’t have a phone for them to call me so that’s why I needed them at that location at that time.
As far as the theater having payphones, they closed the doors shortly after I came out to watch for the taxi. «We went the extra mile for you.» Guess the taxi didn’t drive very many miles in the first place then because they didn’t make it far enough to reach the pickup spot.
I don’t really care about this happening now since its been a long time since it happened. Does that mean I’m going to use the service again? No.
Companies always seem to have some sort of extravagant excuse when they don’t come through on something to protect the company image. Your company can’t just admit that they made a mistake and dropped the ball? –_​–
I would at least have more respect for the company if they did that. Judging by your response, the company is blaming customers first though.

The dispatcher was so caring when i called. The cab driver helped me with my kids. I really appreciate them. They came in ten mins and very nice!
I highly recommend them to call if you need a cab.
The other cab company was rude to me and felt they didn’t care. Took a 40 min wait and called back saying it was going to take another 20.

These dudes are not lording at all
