Reasons for the remark. Extremely Rude staff member. The business as a whole, is only open a few hours during the week. Called 10 minutes before their noon closing on Sat because I was running late, and staff member picked up. Hi, will you be open another 10 minutes so I can quickly refill, her reply was«You only got 6 minutes» to which I simply said I’m right down the street, the reply was, «well as long as you’re here in 6 minutes, and you know how we just LOVE last minute customers»… Well I was at their door in 5 minutes, pulled on the handle and low and behold, locked. Looked at my cell phone which is linked by satellites on actual time, 11:56. Granted, I’m a very reasonable and understanding person, and I’m never in a habit of cutting things close, being military and all enables 15 minute early mentality, but I was cutting it tight. That’s why I called, simply to see if they would honor that I would be there before closing and I wanted to give them a courtesy. Most refill appointments there take less then 5 minutes so it’s not like it would inconvenience anyone significantly. Places like this are built up off referrals significantly. I will add that typically, the program does help people slim down to aid in weight loss. The amount of hours the place is ACTUALLY open is ridiculous for anyone like myself working full time in the United States military physically being in uniform 65+ hours a week. If it wasn’t for the extremely rude remarks on the phone simply asking if they could remain open until ACTUAL12pm, I would not have wrote this. I’ve referred several people to this practice as well so I’ve helped contribute hundreds $$ to this location, and to be told«well we just LOVE last minute customers and if you can’t be here in 6 minutes, because we don’t want to help attitude,» really upset me. I was there still before 12… I will consider not coming back because of this situation, but only because it’s one of the few places in the area that offers this, but I will no longer refer any of the countless men and women to this establishment when you get treated this way. It would be great to get feedback from the company to address this situation, but I’m not convinced anyone there actually truly cares if your happy or not, as long as you pay.
