Originally Jonah Marc Properties started in 2005 and became Realty World franchise in 2009. After the mortgage meltdown, the franchise was sold in part because the focus was to grow the brand Jonah Marc Properties. In 2015, Jonah Marc Properties became it’s own single entity with a primary focus in Solano County.

Marc Yu is the broker and owner of Jonah Marc Properties. Marc is a third generation Real Estate and Mortgage Broker. He started working as a loan officer under his parents brokerage in 1994 and began selling real estate in 2005.
