Elegance of Beauty Salon and Spa

I am not sure if this place actually exists. I went there today, and local businesses have never even heard of this place. I’ve been trying to reach them via phone calls to set up appointments for the past two days, but no one ever picks up the phone. I purchased a groupon special, thinking I got a deal, however, I went there since I couldn’t reach a person. Then, the place I go to is a vacant building. Local businesses are clueless about its existence. If it does exist, the information needs to be updated or clarified… Thankfully, I got a full refund via groupon.

I will NEVER go here again nor would I ever recommend this place. I read the reviews from several sources stating that this salon was great and highly recommended. I most assuredly disagree. It was dirty, disorganized, and the woman, Gloria RUINED my hair. It was a basic short hair cut. I asked that she just clean up my layers and cut ¼″ off the back length. While she was cutting my hair I repeated stated that she was cutting it too short and that I wanted to keep the length. She told me that she was «fixing my layers». When she was done cutting and before she blew my hair dry I stated that it was much shorter than I asked. After it was dry one side of my hair was twice as short as the other side. It looks AWFUL!!! I am currently wearing a hat to hide the cut until I can figure out how to fix her mistakes. Do not use Gloria!

They were so great to get me in for a haircut outside of normal business hours. It was fast and easy, no drama, the cut came out great! And very well priced!

First time there. They had an awesome groupon offer. In the Lucy’s shopping center. Stuck between gold cash and pro nails. Super cute and friendly. Got a gre at haircut and highlights. Would definitely go back.

Great customer and hair service. Erica did the best job on my keratin hair treatment. I really recommend this place. I have never written a review, but this place impressed me. Erica was very detailed with my hair and my hair looks so shiny and healthy. Erica is also a very nice lady.

Unfortunately, Unilocal has the incorrect address listed… These amazing Stylists are located 763 E. Monte Vista in Vacaville. Nestled cozily in between a major grocery store and a nail shop.

I have been going to this salon since it has opened and I love it there. The employees are all friendly and accommodating. Before going to this salon I never had a hair style I liked so I always wore my hair in a ponytail, since working with my stylist at this salon I have found a great color and style that I love and I wear my hair down daily. I can not say enough good things about this salon.
