Eiffel Tower Nails-Spa

This is my third time here. After my first visit, both times I have walked in the door and been greeted by name. I can’t tell you how much that means to me. I’m not just money to them, I’m a person.
It’s always so peaceful in here. There’s a tv, but it is not loud or distracting. Sometimes I just want peace and quiet. And this place delivers.
And know how many nail salons have that smell to them? That slightly astringent smell that we have all just come to accept and expect when we walk into a nail salon? I usually adapt rather quickly but for the first first few minutes it is always overpowering. I tell myself that three minutes or olfactory horror is worth the bliss to follow. Well, this place? I have never smelled that. Just clean and fresh without the burn!

I’m a regular here and have always been more than happy with the work they’ve done. I suspect that a few of the other commenters’ pictures are false because I know they would never do work that shoddy. They have always been willing to spend the extra time to make sure I’m satisfied when I walk out the door. Even if I nick my polish the next day, I can come in and they will quickly do a free repair. I often bring in my 93-​year-​old mom and they are so gentle and kind to her, very patient with her hearing loss and wandering thoughts.

Great pedicure! Nails for daughter always on point!!! Highly recommend! Lan does coffin nails perfectly and they never lift! Beautiful and clean salon!!!

I went here today with my sister for Valentine’s Day mani/​pedi. They did a very great job and really took their time. We did upgrade our pedicures so we had stone massage and paraffin wax! I am excited to come back and do it again soon.

Seriously disappointed. Worst looking fill and paint ever.

I just got the worst set of acrylic nails ever. They came out super lumpy and uneven. My thumb nail was curved off to the side. I’m just shocked that anyone could think this was acceptable and leave it that way. Every Time I looked at my nails during the experience she would just repeat that she wasn’t done. The paint job is also horrible. I showed her a picture of what I wanted to try and she assured me she could do it. They came out nothing at all like I wanted. As my husband stated, he could have done better. I was so upset by the time it was done that I didn’t even want to try and deal with them to get them fixed. I ended up driving to Ulta and buying a nail file and trying to fix them myself.

First I do want to say when the old management owned the establishment I heard all horrible things about how they treated employees. Still I always had a great pedicure. Stopped going because of it. When management changed I decided to give it a try again. I called and spoke with someone and asked before I came in an hour and a half ahead and told her my situation. I had something previously planned and had to leave by a certain time and it was my fault I was scrambling to find someone who could accommodate me. I asked if they could if I showed up within 10 to 20 minutes because I live down the street. They told me to come on it. When I got there, the gentlemen had me sit down. I informed him of what was going on. He had me pick out my pedicure which I told him standard which the pricing was 25. I even told him all I need is a French tip pedicure without all of the extras. Just a soak a scrub and paint. By the time I left the gentlemen was so rude and ended up being 41 dollars. I was so astounded that a 25 dollar pedicure was over 40 when I asked him to pretty much do half of what came with it. Unfortunately I couldn’t see not tipping him and left by giving him a 10 dollar tip. For a pedicure that should cost 25 I ended up spending 51 dollars. I will never go back and my pedicure is already chipped. I’d rather go pay someone else to fix it then go back there. I was horrified when I left. It’s sad because all I did the whole time they fit me in was thank him. I can’t ever go somewhere and be rude it’s just not my nature. Also mind you they had 2 other people in the salon getting pedicures and over 5 or 6 employees.

Easily the best nail salon in Vacaville. I have tried a lot of nail salons (actually almost all of Vacaville’s nail salons) and Eiffel Tower Nails is the only one that consistently impresses me. They take time to make sure I like the way my nails look and they don’t become offended if I ask then to change something. Also… The leg massage I got while having my pedicure done almost put me to sleep… I definitely recommend Eiffel Tower Nails.

Awesome! I bought a coupon for my girlfriend since it was her birthday. She went and WAS VERY SATISFIED. She had the gel manicure and it came out looking very good. I had a pedicure myself and I love the massage Kevin gave me. The main was also well done and lasted pretty long. I was very satisfied!

The worst mani ever! For 27 dollars it was a waste of money and time. The worst part is that the manager did it. She was rude and tried to comeback and fix it with tools that were dirty. I will be contacting the consumer affairs board.

I’ve been to this nail salon about 4 times now, and I’m still ONLY impressed with the pedicures. I’ve gotten gel manicures and the solar nails both twice and they alway do a terrible job. I DO NOT recommend this establishment unless you simply want a pricey fancy pedicure.

Under new management, I have found a hidden gem in Vacaville.
It is a beautiful establishment and beautifully decorated with wonderful spa inspired music playing low in the background. The spa is very clean.
I was greeted warmly and was made to feel welcome. I had «Lan» who I have nicknamed Lonni… she was WONDERFUL. She was careful, did not nick me at all, and the calf and foot massage was one of the best I have ever had during a pedicure. They had a large selection of polish colors, something that cannot be said about other salons. And Lonni created the most beautiful flower on my nails. Also, the pedicure massage chairs are comfortable and there is plenty of room for larger girls.
From start to finish I received a 5 star treatment. I have found my place for pedicures and manicures.

Great attention to detail and very nice people. Offered water. Did a great job on my nails! Plenty of parking nearby.

Awesome place to get your nails done! Being that I am constantly on my feet in steel toe boots, my feet were aching to be pampered! We went here yesterday with my mom and husband to get pedicures done after being turned away from a different nail place in Fairfield. I had gone here at Eiffel Tower Nails years ago with a friend and recommended the place to my mom. We were greeted eagerly with the new manager (they just reopened Wednesday) and asked if we had wanted anything to drink and were promptly sat at the massaging chairs. The experience was so relaxing and I LOVED the fact that they took their time to make us feel welcomed and relaxed. Most places we felt as if we are rushed and didn’t feel as if we were pampered at all. The people here are awesome and really cater to your needs. My mom mentioned that she was diabetic and they took extra care not to be too rough with her feet. We told the manager that we’ll come back today and we kept our word. We came back with my dad today as he gets his feet pampered for the first time. You guys have customers for life if this is how our treatment is every single time, Eiffel Tower Nails! Thanks again!

I have been to this spa a couple times in the past few years and I will never go back. The owner is downright rude and lacks any customer service. Last time I was there she yelled at a friend of mine and saying «YOU need to call — too many people — you make appointment.» All I did was ask if I could get a pedicure that day. Ummmm… My favorite places in town are Top Coat and Gallery Nails up the street. Gallery is busy but they have excellent customer service and are very kind.

I’ve been two times now, and it definitely won’t be my last. I remembered how well of a job they did the last time I got a pedicure, and it’s not something I do too often, so I wanted to make it worth it. Amy remembered me right away, and she’s very sweet and a great sale person. Definitely got my money’s worth!

I love this salon. I started going because it was a few doors down from my crossfit gym, so it was convenient for me. But even when there are long gaps from me being out of town, they always remember me and remember my girls. The work they do is awesome and I always enjoy my relaxing time there.

Under new management! Give them a try again. Such amazing customer service! I go for gel polish on my toes and they so a wonderful job every time!

This is the first time, I’ve been here. It’s a nice salon. The staff is great, nice and friendly. I’ll be coming this salon, from now on.
