We recently bought a house and Sherene Chandler is the selling agent. I just have to say she is a just a nasty rude person. She made every step of the process more difficult than it need to be. She wouldn’t respond to text, emails, or calls from our Realitor. We would have to make multiple calls or messages to her several times to get a response. I don’t know how she has a business. She pissed off our Home inspector, our Mortgage Broker, and our Realitor would get the elderly home owner needly upset about various inspects. If you are looking for a Realitor? Look, else where. If you looking at buying a listing of her? Look else where!

It says I have to give a star but I would rather not. If you are a loser and a lowlife go here! This company does not care what you do! You can terrorize your neighbors and harass their landlord to the point where he wants to evict them just so the guy will stop calling him! When Chandler Properties is contacted she doesn’t want to have anything to do with it! Her renters can drop their pants in front of a 17 year old minor and it is OK! Truly I will never recommend this company to my worst enemy! It is bad business and not the kind of business we want in our town!

Wow. This company may be fine for real estate sales (I don’t know) but I can’t understand why anyone would have them manage their rental property. Absolutely no info on the website and when you call the office you’re instructed to call someone else at another number and told they don’t know why their rentals aren’t on the website but their property management business is VERY small. Rushed off the phone because this person has no interest in dealing with you. Ridiculous.
