FUCK this place. You hire people that can’t speak English. I order a #2 with no onion and no tomatoes and I get a #1 with onion and tomato and a Dr Pepper that is water damage down. Most of the time I go there they give me the wrong order and I just eat it bc I don’t want to deal with you retards… you guys want 15 $ an hour but can’t get a simple order right… never again!

Stop by at 7AM to pick up some breakfast to find there’s no toilet paper in the women’s bathroom, toilet had toilet paper stuck to it, you could tell they hadn’t been maintained. I told the Hispanic young man working front counter, he didn’t seem to concerned, by the time we left he still didn’t refilled it… really??? And no breakfast platter? Biscuit and gravy was really good though.

Ugh. We stopped here on the tail end of a vacation and were extremely disappointed. It took 25 minutes to get our«fast» food. The poor guy who delivered it to our table seemed mortified and apologetic about the delay explaining that they were extremely short staffed. I went to the counter to get some mustard and was yelled at by the manager. My wife’s salad came without any dressing and when she went to the counter to get some«ranch dressing» the same middle aged woman manager/lead worker snapped, «oh you mean house dressing why didn’t you say a so»? and tossed a packet at her. This is the same manager that called some teenage girl behind the counter momma every time there was a new order coming in. We began to eat our lukewarm hamburger and under dressed salad and listened to the same manager/lead worker loudly shout«thank God the board is finally clear!» Thanks Carl’s Junior. You have convinced me to never come back.

I wasn’t expecting to dine at Carl’s Jr. today, but we did. I believe are intentions were to get breakfast but we were late. My lady and I pulled in and walked through the doors. Upon entry, one of the staff members greeted us happily as she was finishing delivering a meal to seated customers. She quickly headed behind the counter awaiting our order and even struck up a small convo based on my lady’s shirt(we were talking about Vans shoe history). Anyway, we ordered and she continued with great service by suggesting removing other items from a food that was spicy(the fiancé don’t like that hot stuff). She ordered the Taco Salad hold the hot spicy and I got the 5-piece tender combo w/BBQ sauce. We got our drinks and waited quite a bit. Two patrons came in AFTER us and received their meals BEFORE us??? I got to think waiting more then ten mins is a little long for this food chain. Maybe it’s b/c our food was being made hot and fresh… and it was… But still. We ate and enjoyed our food… somewhat. Here taco salad still had hot sauce in it. I wanted BBQ sauce and I got some homestyle/ranch sauce plus my fries were mixed with what looked like old fries. Hmph. But I was hungry. Overall, from what I could see, the restaurant was mostly clean, besides the table we had sat at. not too bad of an experience.

Came here on a Thursday afternoon, decided to order super nachos and a bean and cheese burrito from their green burrito section. The beef in the nachos were super salty and the bean burrito wrap had some hard sections. My friends ordered the western bacon hamburgers and they liked it. I probably wouldn’t come back, I would head to the Taco Bell in the premium outlet section next time if I was ever in the area.

Overcharged me for my burger. Then, after a 20 minute wait brought out the wrong order. Carl’s jr is good food. But avoid this location like the plague.

The employees here don’t seem to care very much about their job, in the middle of my order the female cashier felt it was more important to tell another worker to do something rather than complete my order I thought that was very rude I’d post her name but we left as quick as possible. With her interruption she entered one of the orders incorrectly, won’t be coming back to this Carl’s Jr any time soon.

So the last 3 times I have come to this Carl’s I have had bad service. The cashiers don’t know what they are doing and it takes at least 10 minutes or longer to order and get your food. Ten minutes is an eternity for fast food. Perhaps the chef is so devoted that the food is worth the wait… not quite. Standard Carl’s food with horrible service, avoid this place.

BIGMISTAKE. Bathroom was nasty. Didn’t have the ONE food item(crispy burrito) we came to get. All the beverages were watered down. We tried to tell the cashier and he didn’t seem to care. Very disappointed in the service, very rude. Only nice guy there was Andrew, who smiled and happily gave us what we ordered. Won’t be here again.

Carl’s Jr. is one of the US chains we make sure to hit while we’re there. I like the ones in California, because they have a burrito selection(the ones in Washington don’t). To go with the burrito, they have a salsa bar and help-yourself pickled peppers. Guacamole burger, Green Burrito combo with rice and refried beans, breaded and deep-fried zucchini(medallions, not sticks). Yum.

This is newer, better maintained and easier to get to to than the one on Peabody. Like i said before the menus are all the same no matter if you go to one here or Sacramento its the same food. It’s all about the look, cleanliness and ease of entry than the food. I don’t even think about the Peabody location I just go to orange drive. Like I said better all round.
