Bella Fiamma is simply amazing! I love that they are mobile… but I have to admit a brick and mortar location would be fantastic. They catered my daughter’s wedding and we were so happy! Fresh, local ingredients, creative menu, and the friendliest staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I wish I could have them come to my house once a week just like the Ice Cream Man! The tastes… the smells… heaven on earth. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

You know how they say that even bad pizza is still pretty good? Well, this is the pizza that all others would be compared too. So far, everyone has mentioned the fresh, local, organic ingredients. It seems that there is something to that. I know what basil tastes like, I didn’t know it could be this amazing on a pizza. Cheeses? They use some that I’ve never heard of, and what a difference it makes. Did you know it takes about 90 seconds to cook a pizza? When you use a wood fire brick oven it does. They even source their firewood locally and only use wood that is aged to a certain vintage. It makes a difference you can taste. Seriously, if you have the chance to try their fare, you WILL NOT be disappointed. They offer so many exotic options, you’ll be planning your next pizza before your done with your first.

I found Bella Fiamma at a vintage vendor fair in Vacaville. I ordered a pizza for myself and a friend to share. We had the blanco I believe it was called. The pizza was delicious! The crust was perfect! I would defiantly use them for a catered event Verry nice people!
