Truly, my hat’s off to Andre’s Air. From my home to my business, they are my go-​to professional for any and all HVAC needs. Always quick to respond and never without options to handle the situation fast and efficiently. As a real estate broker, I will recommend Andre’s Air to friends and family as well as clients and co-​workers. Best in the business by far!

After coming over and giving us an inspection (during the winter) for moving our unit to the other side of the house, Andre gave my husband instructions on building the room that would store our heating/​air unit. Once we built the room to house the unit, we made several calls to him. We needed him to come back out to inspect the room and to make sure it was right, and he never returned our calls. He finally answered after about 7 or 8 attempts and said he would be by on a certain day, but never made it out, never called us, never answered our calls. When my husband finally left a voicemail, expressing our frustration, he FINALLY replied and set a date and said he would send one of his guys out to inspect the room. Did a no-​show on that day too, I guess he just has too much business to handle. Too bad, he seemed like a nice guy willing to work, AT FIRST. We decided to go with another company, because they were so prompt and punctual, and returned all of our calls. I don’t normally put out negative reviews, but this was eye-​opening for us, and he came with a referral because he did such a good job for my BIL, but has slowly descended because he doesn’t seem to care anymore. There is no excuse for such poor communication, and we were afraid, that if it’s its THIS difficult to get in touch with him before the job is completed, then it would be nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with if we had any issues AFTER the job. I called Andre’s Air when my business needed some HVAC maintenance as part of my rental contract. They came to my office and were very quick with their work. They were knowledgeable and helped me understand the A/​C system I had a little better. I’m a chiropractor and maintain professionalism in my office as part of my commitment to my patients. These guys put themselves on that same level and I couldn’t have been happier. I had a patient in the office while they were working and I don’t think the patient knew that they were even their. I will definitely use this company for my future needs in my home and office.

What a great experience! After the heater went out in my house two weeks before Christmas. I looked on Unilocal and found a local company that had good reviews. After they arrived, within 10 minutes the tech told me that the circuit board was bad and it would cost me 1000 $ to replace. He then told me I would be better off replacing the entire heater for 3600 $!! The tech was pressuring me by saying that we would need to order the heater within a couple hours if we wanted to have heat in the house by Monday (this is friday afternoon).As you can imagine spending that kind of money two weeks before Christmas didn’t sit very well with me. I called Andres Air for a second opinion. Right away he put my mind at ease over the phone letting me know that the board could be replaced for way less than what was I told and that he thought he even had one in his truck. He arrived early the next morning and had the heater repaired within 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and friendly and even showed me the next part that he thought might go out on the heater. He said he took down all the info so if the part broke to just let him know and he would be able to order it without having to come back out. With all the snakes in this type of business Andre is the kind of guy you want working for you! Thank you again for thawing us out!
