Have been going to the Sassy Foxx for years and I love it… the new spot in the Mill is beautiful. Best Consignment shop around!

I went to Sassy Foxx today to drop off items for consignment. I found myself confused by the prior reviews here. I found the store as appealing as any consignment shop in Central Mass and the prices reasonable. I saw labels from Lord & Taylor, Gap, Ann Taylor and items I know came from Macy’s. There are also some lower priced from other stores but isn’t that what it’s all about: a selection for every pocketbook? The clothing is to the left as you enter, the home goods and gifts are in a room to the right. If I weren’t done with my Christmas shopping, I definitely would have found a few items there. I did make a purchase and I suggest you check them out again. This is NOT a vintage shop. It does cater to the above 30 shoppers but there is a small Junior department as well. I am excited about their move 1/16, they are very nice people. P. S. my items were a lot of NEW w/tags.

Not worth the time or effort. Used to be good, but has gone downhill. Rude staff. Disappointed in quality & selection. Much better deals at Savers.

Ehh, its okay. Sassy fox is one of two consignment stores in Uxbridge(both are on the same road, go figure) Pros: They have a lot of different sizes available. They have used MK bags, Coach bags and shoes. more the higher end stuff… Cons: The store is definitely targeted to an older crowd.(50+) Its pricey!!! I dont want to spend 15 dollars on a pair of pants that someone else has been in. if that was the case, I would go to Wal mart and buy a new pair for 10 bucks! The other half of their store is home goods/furniture. Some of the décor they have is incredibly tacky.(They call it vintage. picture the worst yard sale you have ever been to and times that by a million) They moved the store around, so you now have to walk through the home goods area to get into the clothing area…(probably because no one was buying the tacky crap) Its definitely a hit or miss store. I go in sometimes and leave with a bag full of stuff, or I go in and leave with nothing. Wish they got rid of the home stuff and expanded their clothing section, focusing more on a younger crowd.(20/30s)

Not my cup of tea at all. I walked in, pretty excited, because consignment + fox in the name? SOLD usually… just not in this case. There really isn’t any vintage stuff in here, but if you’re looking for clothes from Target, JCPenny’s, Macy’s, Nordstroms, etc(higher value) for a fairly cheap price(15 $ for a pair of slacks, sure!) go for it. I didn’t even get a ‘hello’ or a smile as I was perusing the racks, and it seemed like the staff were more interested in gossiping than anything else. The layout of the store is also odd, to get to the clothes you have to walk through the rest of the store… even though there’s a pair of french doors right when you walk in and you can see the clothes on the other side. I’ll probably peak my head in the door every once in a while to see what’s going on, but this won’t be a normal stop for me. If you’re looking for Vera Bradley bags in good condition or high label purses, here’s your place. Not mine.
