History

Established in 2013.

Opened in 2013 as an outlet for owners Jamie and Joy Demers passion for collecting antique and vintage items for their home. The small shop has blossomed into a full time arrangement for Joy who has left the corporate world behind to follow her dreams of dealing in quality antiques, vintage décor & collectibles. We now also offer a fine selection of handmade and up-cycled\re-purposed items in addition to our other selections.

Business Owner

Joy has been fascinated with «old stuff» as long as she can remember. Early on, a trip to the dump with her grandmother would result in bringing home more than they went with to get rid of. This was the beginning of a passion for antiques that would continue into adulthood and eventually blossom into a career.

Fast forward: Joy and her husband (who also shares the passion) decide to open a small store where they can sell the treasures they have collected. The plan is to have an established store to run in their retirement. However; Joy’s 20 year career in the corporate world came to an abrupt halt due to «re-​structuring». This is probably the best thing that ever could have happened, allowing full-​time efforts to be focused on doing what she loves, which is sharing beautiful pieces of the past with the world!
