We have created a unique menu Featuring Slow Smoked meat entrees (Saint Louie Ribs, Brisket, Chicken and Pork Butt) along with specialty Salads, award winning Mac & Cheese and delicious sandwich creations with a different twist like the «Mother Clucker» Smoked chicken tossed in our Alabama White Sauce, applewood smoked bacon, red onion, bread and butter pickles served between 2 cheddar cheese Johnny Cakes. Hogs Hollow Smokehouse is a completely renovated 2 Story building with the main floor a traditional pub like feel and the second floor with a more modern industrial look and a comfortable outdoor dining area during the summer months. The second story features our 4 Seasons room with full length windows that can be opened making you feel as if you are enjoying the outdoors and during the cold winter months there is a large fireplace to keep things cozy. The room is wired to give our customer wishing to host a party, shower, conference or a cooperate event the ability to control the Audio/Video system for their particular needs. An extensive bottled beer selection, 8 Beers on tap and a very well stocked bar.
