Education: M.D., University of Sherbrook, Quebec, Canada 1985; Degree in Otolarynogology Head and Neck Surgery, McGill University, Montréal, 1990; fellowship, Department of Head and Neck Oncology and Reconstructive Surgery, Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, 1990 – 1991.

Fellowships: American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, American Society of Rhinology, American College of Surgery, American Sleep Apnea Society, International College of Surgeons, Royal College of Surgeons and Skull Base Society.

Practice: Active staff in ENT, 1991 – 1994, Reddy Memorial Hospital, Montréal; active staff surgery and ENT, 1994-​present, St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica NY; Chief of Surgery St. Elizabeth Medical Center 1996 to present. Clinical Professor of Surgery, New England School of Medicine, 2007– present.
