I met Chris at one of his open houses. My husband and I had been searching for realtors for several months and had finally decided to start attending open houses on our own.
Not only was Chris extremely friendly and laid back, he was really knowledgable about the home buying process. Immediately after we met him, we felt like he was a realtor who would be honest about the conditions, prices, and potential of homes that we saw. It seemed like he actually had an idea of what we wanted to see before we even voiced it.
The website viewing/​vetting process that he set us up with was extremely helpful. We were able to rate homes as favorites, potentials, and negatives based on homes he put in our drop folder.
As of this last weekend, Chris set us up with a home that came off the market that we had wanted. It was actually the original listing that we met him at; my husband and I could not be more happy with the service and assistance that Chris provided. We feel like we got a great deal on the perfect home for us.
