Established in 1980.

Mr. Judy began building the facility in 1980 with renting to his first customer in 1981. We have been open for business and built a total of 8 buildings here with 467 units and parking spaces for rent.

Business Owner

Mr. Judy grew up here in Urbana, IL attending Urbana High School, then graduating and attending the University of Illinois school of business. After graduation he began his career in the Banking Business and helped his father with his flooring business and other construction jobs until purchasing the property here and building Park 150.
