Horrible customer service. We stood in the store to exchange a part for well over 5 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge we were in there. The only way we were able to get an employee to come to the counter was for me to call the store. Then it seemed like we were doing nothing but bothering them.

Awesome store for DIY or semi-​DIY auto repair. The staff is friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and more than helpful. They even installed my new wiper blades when I bought them. Free engine light computer scans (for which the dealers charge ~$ 100). Great place for getting replacement bulbs when one burns out. Well stocked, and if they don’t have it, they’ll order it for you. Beats the dealership racket any day.
