With over 13 years in the cleaning industry, Wagner Window Service has been making homes and businesses sparkle from the inside to the outside. We started off cleaning just windows but the demand for pressure washing and gutter cleaning was too great to ignore. We now offer these services and soon hope to be the one stop shop for home and business cleaning

My name is Timothy Wagner, and I have been in the cleaning industry for almost 15 years. I’ve done everything from carpet cleaning to office cleaning to pressure washing. After 10 years of working for someone else I decided it was time to make something of myself and haven’t looked back once. After less than a year our growth required us to hire some employees and started to take on friends and family. While most people view dealing with friends and family a mistake, it was important to me to be able to send the people that I trust in my home into my customers homes. I still work every day as I never want to lose touch with my customers and my employees There is no better way than to be there with them.

I wrote this review on some other websites as well, so thought I should post it here as well. This is the second year in a row that we have had Tim come out to power wash our siding, clean the windows, and clean the gutters. Not only were we completely satisfied both times we hired him, Tim offers the best deal in town, especially considering how meticulous he is with cleaning. Not only does the siding look great, but the windows, screens, and sills all look like new. I have already recommended Wagner Window Service to several friends in the area and will continue to do so. Don’t hesitate to use Tim’s company for any of their service. Look forward to working with you again next year!

Tim and Ben cleaned my windows in September and the windows have never looked so good (and I bought my house new). It’s a whole new experience looking outside! Called Tim for a price quote after receiving a very high price from another company. I received the quote from Tim almost immediately and it was markedly lower than the other company. He and his helper arrived on time. The finished job resulted in a
sparkling clean house! I have flowers and veggies planted next to the house and the
process he uses to clean didn’t affect them at all. They were very careful around my
plants. I would highly recommend this friendly and professional service!

I am a contractor who usually takes care of my own window cleaning. I considered Wagner since I was too busy this year to do it. I was pleasantly surprised how well the work was completed. I think I was impressed how professional this company is, and how seriously they manage their business.
It was a lot of work that was completed in a timely fashion but no corners were cut. They showed up early and left late in the day. They even cleaned parts of my gutters that were clogged, pointed out some roof slate issues and were neat, considerate, and professional. They were properly insured and provided certificates of workers comp and liability prior to work starting. After meeting the crew and showing them the house I felt completely comfortable letting them have full reign inside the house while I went to work. 54 Windows were cleaned impeccably.
I am a very particular type, who is very suspect of anyone who works on my house. I will schedule WAGNER yearly to take care of my windows and my gutters, and recommend them highly for those that want problem free contractors to keep their house in order.

These guys were amazing. Tim and Ben showed up on time and did a fantastic job! We have over 40 windows and glass doors that had not been fully cleaned in 14 years. They cleaned the outside, inside, window sills and the screens to perfection. The windows look like they just came out of a showroom. We will definitely be using Wagner again! Very professional!
