Good and close to my new house. Not the greatest, as that is the defunct Eastleigh Farms in Framingham, but for an occasional treat, it’ll work nicely.

I love this place! I went weekly when I was pregnant and crave it during the winter before they open for the season. The Toasted Coconut is amazing. I regularly bring a quart to work because I got my coworkers hooked! They say it’s the best ice cream they’ve ever had in their life! The Purple Cow frozen yogurt is my husbands favorite and the Phantom Berry and Maine Blackbear are delish!

Just happened upon this gem a few weeks back. The ice cream, flavor selection and staff were all excellent! Nice spot in Upton with plenty of parking. I had the peanut butter Oreo and it was awesome. Looking forward to going back soon!

Ice cream is good with a great selection of flavors. Customer service leaves something to be desired. I guess buying two pints of ice cream and requesting 6 cones to make at home is a stretch to their budget. Offering to buy them is also not an option. After several attempts at bartering with the unseen«manager» I decided it was easier to scrap the idea and just stop at the super market on the way home. I will also be buying my ice cream at the same super market in the future.

This is my go –to ice cream place. I love it here. They’re fast and the ice cream is amazing. I always go for the chocolate peanut butter with chocolate sprinkles on top. Can never go wrong there!

My husband and I had our first visit to JJs while driving home from Worcester. Cute, no frills ice cream stand with outdoor picnic tables with umbrellas and others located under shade trees for sitting outside and enjoying delicious ice cream. They have a simple menu with a wide choice of flavors. We each had a waffle cone with butter crunch ice cream. It was creamy, flavorful and fresh the way ice cream should be. Add in a dose of wonderful employees and you won’t be disappointed! They accept cash and credit and are open from noon-10pm. If you’re traveling on Rt 140 through Upton, MA plan on making a stop!

Yes, that’s right. 5 stars for a road side ice cream stand. The ice cream is really good. The service friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable for the portion size which is good. There is a huge selection of «home made» ice cream flavors and frozen yogurts with a wide array of topping selections. Great place overall to get that ice cream fix on a warm summer evening. Picnics tables are available with ample parking.

Only been here twice but the ice cream is very good and is one of the better quality stands in the area. They also have a good selection of flavors. Outdoor seating area only with picnic tables.

Lots of ice cream flavor choices. Picnic tables to enjoy your treats. A nice gem in the tiny town of Upton, which contains so few options for food you must leave town for almost everything. You will like JJ’s.
