If you’re looking for a fancy/​posh place with great ambience, then look elsewhere. If you’re looking for a local towny place with good food, then this is it. This is my go to place for movie night pickups and they have never disappointed me till date. They have a decent menu, provide large portions with great taste. If you haven’t gone here before and are craving for some Chinese food, give this place a try and see for yourself!

I have been here 2 times and each time, I was ignored.
when i needed something, (glass of water, silverware, check etc.) I had to go to the cashiers desk to ask for it. one was lunch when i was alone i the restaurant. the other time was a Monday night, again it was slow.
they mess up my order. completely forgetting items.
they are slow, rude and act like they don’t want me in their store.
going here was a waste of time and money.
the food was terrible also.

Used to take out from here all the time but the service just isn’t great and the prices are way too high. We discovered Thai Pepper in Milford recently and the food, service and prices blow Jade Garden out of the water.

Not only is this great food, the family who owns the business is great. Kids are always polite and studying in the afternoons and evenings, and the owners are amazingly polite and helpful. Food is always done faster than I expect and is always hot and fresh. This is my go to whenever I’m stressed and don’t have time to cook/​grocery shop ;)

Not sure what all the great reviews are about for this place. I went here for the first time today based on all of the reviews and, sadly, I was disappointed. I ordered the chicken fingers, crab rangoon, and vegetable lo mein. The chicken fingers were tiny and there was way too much batter on them. The crab rangoon was, for lack of a better word, runny and the lo mein was… meh. Needless to say, I won’t be making the trip to Jade Garden from Sutton ever again.
Two stars because the service was fine and the food was hot.

Love this place! Ginger Beef and strings beans never lets me down. Friendly service and good size portions. I guess the only missing element is that there is no delivery but when the food is as good as theirs it’s worth the drive.

A real, proper, NY and NJ style Eggroll… perfectly fried. Visible pork inside. I’ll be back just for these!
I had Szechuan spicy shrimp, very fresh, thermally very hot, nicely Spiced, and not swimming in sauce. Next time I will ask them to add some additional hot pepper flakes, but that may just be me.
Nice restaurant, not fancy, does not smell like fried foods like many places do. Very clean bathroom

Best Food, Best Service, been going here for years and the owners are very nice and their whole family is there! You get your food nice and hot and soups are great too you can eat in or take out I like both. Great specials and delicious menu! Go here every time for best Chinese food around!

Outstanding service, delicious food. I’ve been ordering from Jade Garden every week for a couple of years now, and the order has always been correct and tastes great!
One time when my vehicle had mechanical issues the nice lady dropped my food off on the way home for me, even though they do not do deliver. That is exceptional!
I always seem to order honey chicken, crab rangoon, and beef teriyaki. These people are pro’s so if you don’t see it on the menu it doesn’t hurt to ask. Enjoy!

This is one of the cleanest Asian take-​out style place that I have ever been to. It’s actually quite pleasant to sit in and eat, even though boyfriend and I typically go the take-​out route.
The folks who own and work at the place are nice, but not super ovr-​the-​top friendly. They are always willing to adjust their menu for me. They don’t have schezuan style tofu and veggies on the menu, but were happy to make it up special just for me. They did the same when I wanted some tofu general style. They are never to rigid to help me out or answer anyone of my silly questions.
Good service, good food, and quite convenient (if you are in Upton, that is)
