History

Established in 1972.

We’re a locally-​owned property restoration company in Upton, MA. We serve two very important customers: insurance companies/​agencies and their policyholders. Whether a homeowner needs to have water extracted from a basement, or an adjuster calls on behalf of a fire-​stricken homeowner, we’re here to respond quickly and professionally.

After three decades in the restoration business, we’ve come to know our customers. We know how deeply homeowners value their property, how to facilitate smooth claims settlements for insurance professionals, and that no two property damage situations are the same. Our experienced staff has the skills necessary to restore damaged structures and contents, to care for home & business owners, and to help adjusters move claims to completion.

Tom’s got a serious obsession with service and quality. For that reason, his ten years of contracting experience, combined with a Business Management degree from Fitchburg State, have led him to the insurance restoration industry. As Owner and President of Craftech, Tom is able to deliver the most advanced restoration services with the ultimate in customer service, to both Home & Business-​owners, and their insurance providers. To stay on the cutting edge, Tom maintains IICRC certifications in all areas of restoration, and participates in advanced training programs. His value for continuing education reflects one of Tom’s many keys to success; that he’s always seeking better ways to serve his customers.
