It doesn’t get better than Dennis Schoenrock. This guy is absolutely fantastic in every aspect: professional, prompt, and sprinkle in a little humor in all he does.
We had Dennis do our home inspection recently, and he was beyond on-​point. He pointed out everything to us, explained things in lamens terms, and gave us tips and how to manage it going forward. He did the entire house, backyard, underneathe the roof, garage, basement… and didn’t rush. If there’s one thing we were told it’s you don’t want someone who’s in and out of your home in an hour and a half.
He really gave us a fantastic inspection report as well — detailed, concise, and thorough. There’s no worry about someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing helping you out if you deal with Dennis. He’s also a really genuine guy and always good for a solid laugh — dry humor at it’s best.
Dennis is beyond knowledgeable, and I am going to fully recommend him to anyone I know looking for a thorough home inspection (or work to be done) with TOP NOTCH quality.
