Saturday morning breakfast stop! I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, coffee cake, and two caramel macchiatos! They were quite busy with online orders and typical traffic but I received all of my items in a reasonable timeframe and the baristas were friendly! This is definitely not a stop to make if you are really pressed for time but it’s also not the worst Starbucks in the world! Hope this helps!

It’s a standard Starbucks, consistent with others(well staffed, clean, stock full of merchandise.) It’s always crowded though. I find the vibe interesting: the best of Prince George’s. I can’t be the only one that checks out the vibe of a Starbucks, lol. It’s location is flanked by residential neighborhood, the community college and Target. Church folk, the stylish fitness folk, bohemian naturalistas, etc can be found here. I guess it’s typical of what you expect to see in a Starbucks. Tip: Only go for leisure coffee or breakfast, not quick coffee on the go– the real reason it only gets 3 stars. Drinks are always great(not just heated milk aka a latte like what’s served at some Starbucks you may patronize.)

Slower than hell! People seem nice but OMG I don’t have all day people! I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes for my hot chocolate

I visited this Starbucks and I haven’t returned because the service wasn’t that great and neither was the drink that I purchased. The drink tasted like there was some residue from the machine not being properly cleaned the night before. I wasn’t too happy about the taste of my drink. I also noticed that their frequent customers received better service. Anyone who patrons Starbucks frequent or not should good service equally. I won’t return to this location again. It’s sad because this location is 10 minutes away.

I write this review as I wait for the store to open — 5 minutes late. I would rate this location higher if not for the extremely passive aggressive store manager. You can sense the tension between her and the other nice, professional workers.

I love me some Starbucks! I go to this location, because it’s close to my house, and I really can’t complain about anything. There are really nice workers(even though one time they misspelled my name even though I’d spelled it for them). Anyways, they can make my drinks and warm up my pastries. So I’m satisfied.

This hurts me to write this but this Starbucks sucks! There a few great workers in there but they are outweighed by the majority of the slow and less engaging workers. I come here due to convenience to my house. The lines are always long, the spot is tight as is and there is always a gang of loud old folks and other pervy looking characters that hang out there. I will have to take the extra 8 minutes and go to the one in Forrestville. A much bigger space and the crew is very engaging to the customers.

Never seems to be adequately staffed. One person on register, one barista, and one disappearing to the back and the line is wrapped around the store. I went in for a slice of sweet potato loaf and a drink. After seeing how inefficient the service was, I passed on the drink and just got the loaf.

Service is slow! Expect to wait at least 10 minutes for your drink. My pastries have consistently been hard or stale as well. I tried give them a few tries but I’m over it I will be going to Dunkin Donuts now.

Consistent horrible experiences every time I go. Pastries are almost always stale, the drinks are not made correctly, and service is horribly slow. Also, the store manager is very rude.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Staff is nice enough, but very slow and inefficient. No sense of urgency. Glad I’m only passing thru

Es espensive. Very friendly staff, great fraps, very clean, great place to chill. Staff gave me free drink voucher for not supplying the right sized top for my drink once. Very nice.

I come to this location when I need a pick me up before work. It gets busy in the morning, which should be of no surprise; however, I’ve never found myself to be waiting an abnormal amount of time. The place is clean and staff is friendly.

Starbucks is fabulous! We all know this, some make us smile a little more than others which is fine for me. I notice the difference, make a mental note, and keep it moving. One thing I do love is the consistency across the brand, so stars for that. I am never in a hurry when I come to this Starbucks so it does not bother me all that much, but there is usually a line to order and a line to pick up your drink. You know, they are usually known for being fast so if you are in a hurry or left late I don’t know I would«swing» by here. Also there are usually no seats, just an FYI. So as usual my love affair with Starbucks will continue but this won’t be the one that quite gets me going in that special little way. Drink on my friends!

I have been to this Starbucks 3 or 4 times. Each time I was greeted with a smile. The line seems to be long majority of the time but they do a good job at keeping it moving. However, they do need a little work on getting drinks to patrons a little quicker after they have placed and paid for their order. I think waiting about 15 min to get your drink after you have paid for it is a little unacceptable. Also, heads up this location is usually full, no seats avail. People pack this location for meetings, cyber surfing, etc. So if you visit this location just be prepared to drink elsewhere. They do have outside seating for you to enjoy in the summer time but that gets filled up rather quickly as well.

Worst Starbucks. Not much seating indoors and it feels dirty inside. The baristas are terrible, and very short and transactional. They clearly wish they were anywhere else and hate their jobs. I hate to bother them with my order since they act like its a burden or just another hamburger to flip over. The community college is right there, you would think they could find some students who could be more pleasant.

When did Starbucks start running out of food??? Today apparently, when I was running late to church… of course. When did I find out they ran out of Swiss and ham, you ask? But of course, 5 – 7 minutes after I ordered. There was no other opportune time to relay this message to me. When did I get irritated, officially this time? When this 5min quick stop for tea turned into 15 – 20 mins of foolishness. I was a fool to stay(and if anyone asks, tell them I did it for the vine). One black tea and sausage, egg and cheese muffin later, a refund to boot and feet hurting because they were crammed tight in a pair of heels I’ve never seemed to break in, I was ready to stroll out the door with my head held high and hopeful for a better day… then the managing barista called me back to get my receipt,“Ma’am! Ma’am!”(She was instantly rebuked. Ma’am…sigh)

Not good. The coffee was ok, but the store is dirty and just feels run-down compared to other Starbucks location. The location is convenient, but not nice. Strip-mall with an auto parts store, bank, and a shoe store… Just not up scale… Or even medium scale. The staff seemed nice, but I don’t like listening to the staff talk with each other about whatever drama they have in their lives. Not recommended.

This Starbucks is pretty cool. Everyone here is very nice. Pros: I cannot say enough about the staff, they are very very friendly. The drinks are always hot. You always overhear an interesting conversation amongst other patrons. The establishment is clean. If there is a mistake with your drink they are happy to remake it. Cons: They might be a little bit too nice. The staff takes time out to treat every guest like a friend. However Starbucks is not Cheers. Everybody doesn’t have to know your name. Because when you know everyone’s name and you want to have a conversation with everyone it takes an extra 10 minutes for me to get my drink. This leads to me staring incessantly at the barista as she or he prepares my drink and attempts to spark up a conversation. I’m a naturally congenial person. I don’t hand out the side eye with ease but in situations like these drastic measures are called for. I just want my coffee. I have somewhere to be. Please, thank you, big smile, nervous glance. Note to self: When in rush, order drink at Starbucks in Target. Same shopping center less chatter. When not in rush, definitely choose this Starbucks.
