provide floor repair which may include replacing individual planks to

stretching carpet. Our technician are prepared for even the most extreme

tile and grout cleaning situation. Flood restotation is also one of our specialties.

We called and had Royal T Carpet Services come to our house for an estimate, and subsequently called to have them come and make the repair. Both times they were late and on the scheduled day to do the repair, they were extremely late, showing up at approximately 7:10 pm for a 5:30 appointment… and no one called to say they would be late. This happened after I talked to their office to see if they could come at 6:30 pm when we would get home from work. I was told the rapairmen didn’t like to make appointments past 5:30 pm, needed to make sure enough daylight for doing work, etc. My husband and I usually commute home together and we changed our entire schedule around to accommodate the 5:30 appt. time, I even left work early to meet them. Needless to say, we canceled this apptmt. with them when they finally showed up and any chances of future repairs from them. If you’re looking for professional service, this is not the place.
