Not sure what happened to Payless lately; but there’s no lower cost here anymore. $ 49.99 for a pair of chunky ankle boots is not a deal. And what’s up with the styles? Seriously, most of the shoes seem to be targeted to the tween, teen, and 20 somethings; hey folks there are still some of us «old folks» (over 30) that want style and do not want to break the bank to get it.
